I called this company about a month after my home warranty expired (one year). A piece of siding…read morehad slipped. I was surprised this happened after only 13 months but it needed to be fixed. The communication was excellent and they gave me a quote. I thought it was high but the work needed to be done. The employee came out promptly and it took him on a few minutes to secure the siding. He was extremely polite and efficient. I asked how it could have fallen after only a year and he said it had no nail holes so it was never secured. I relayed this information to my contact. I honestly did not expect an invoice (although it was out of warranty) as I thought they would have been embarrassed they missed a section. However I did receive an invoice which I paid. But I will probably not call them back again if I need any repairs or improvement. I no longer have confidence in their quality.
