I hired Elite Housewashing & Property Maintenance LLC to complete a kitchen renovation that…read moreincluded cabinets, drywall, flooring, painting, and plumbing. Unfortunately, the project resulted in significant property damage and incomplete work. My brand-new items: refrigerator, storm door (including scratches and being held open improperly), door hardware, and electrical outlets, along with the range were sprayed with oil-based primer and paint overspray due to improper prep work. The new cabinets were installed out of alignment, with visible gaps, and the plumbing was routed through the sink and base cabinet, reducing usable storage space and requiring correction before countertops and the sink can be installed. Flooring was installed before the rest of the work was ready, resulting in significant primer overspray damage to the flooring that was installed in February as well. My kitchen was left without a functioning sink or countertops, and I will need to hire other professionals to correct the work. I tried to work with him, but after multiple no-shows without communication and leaving the work site for hours at a time, I didn't feel comfortable allowing him to proceed given the amount of damage already done and how the situation was being handled. He told me multiple times to just take him to small claims court and offered to file on my behalf. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I encourage anyone considering hiring this company for remodeling or renovation work to reconsider.

The communication was excellent and they gave me a quote. I thought it was high but the work needed to be done. The employee came out promptly and it took him on a few minutes to secure the siding. He was extremely polite and efficient. I asked how it could have fallen after only a year and he said it had no nail holes so it was never secured. I relayed this information to my contact. I honestly did not expect an invoice (although it was out of warranty) as I thought they would have been embarrassed they missed a section. However I did receive an invoice which I paid. But I will probably not call them back again if I need any repairs or improvement. I no longer have confidence in their quality.

CR is a business that you can trust to show up when promised, do good work, and stand by that work if adjustments or modifications are required after installation/repairs. Highly recommend Complete Residential.

Day one and two not too bad except they didn't arrive before 9:00 am any day. They stopped work on day two, a Friday. I was told they'd be back first thing Monday morning to finish. Day three: They didn't show up at all and moved on to another job before finishing mine. Day 4: only came to caulk what they had completed. Day 5: supervisor and one crew member showed up and worked the entire day to finally finish. The sales call went well. The price was fair, but the installation was very aggravating. Not sure I can recommend this business. Maybe another installation crew would have been better, could not be worse.
