She booked my appointment for the next day. Dr. Angela greeted me when I walked in early. Her smile is as gorgeous and ready as everyone says. She's incredibly nice. She took me right away even though I was pretty early. She listened to me carefully and really paid attention to my concerns. Then she gave me a treatment that WORKED! I'm soooooo much better today! Enough said!!! Her rates are very reasonable and she takes insurance. I plan to see her regularly when I'm here in Cleveland.

My daughter has appointments pre-scheduled for her chronic TMJ issues and before her first appointment, we received a text confirming her first appointment. The initial appointment on my end was a difficult one to physically get her to - having other kids and school in session required others to help me so I could get my daughter to the appointment on time. Upon arrival, I am pretty sure we ran into my daughter's new therapist in the parking lot heading out for the day , but I didn't realize it at the time. After checking in, I was pushed aside, given excuses and even almost passed on to another therapist who didn't specialize in my daughter's issue. When I realized the disorganization that was taking place and the lack of accountability, I took my daughter and left. If you insist on going to this practice, go in knowing that they are extremely disorganized and no in is in charge. It takes more than good therapists to run a practice, but apparently they leave before they're really done for the day...

I was lucky enough to be in a group with her, and she completed an acupuncture treatment on me. As a fellow acupuncturist, I can say that she has a light, gentle touch with a strong healing effect. Even in the little time we had, she listened to me and my "complaints" so she knew where to place the needles for the best effect...and it worked well! It is clear to me that she is professional, knowledgeable, lifelong learner, caring, and a great acupuncturist. I highly recommend Megan and Meridian Lakes Acupuncture! You won't regret it!

I have gone to many Physical Therapy places, including those operated by major prestigious hospital…read moresystems. In my experience too many times I found the treatment to be a common set of exercises, time after time. Too many times the results were little or no effect. I found myself asking, "This isn't helping. This is a waste of time". I began to develop a negative opinion towards PT. Yet, my wife experienced very good results and had high praise for the professionals. We went to different places. So I couldn't dismiss it. Many places employ people with the required education, training, and experience. What I have learned is that there are only a few places with people who have something else that enable them to get results where others do not. In sports we call them Champions. I have since found a couple Physical Therapy places that distinguish themselves way above others and who have helped me greatly. Prue Physio is one of them. To me their knowledge level is clearly above other places I have been. While I have conditions that will never go away completely, they have helped me get to an easily manageable place with much welcome relief of stress and pain. Let me emphasize, "What a relief". Everyone was nice and helpful. Everything, scheduling, billing, was quick and easy. At my age, stage in life, I know there will be more issues coming and I'll be going back to Pure Physio because what I'm interested in is results.

I get nervous with any medical procedures, even if it's just a facial, so I did my research on the people who work there and was amazed by their qualifications. There are two Nurse Practitioners on staff who have done extensive training in aesthetics. Upon arriving for my facial, I waited for about 5 minutes before being moved to the back. Everyone working took the proper precautions to keep a safe environment; they were wearing masks, and sanitized everything. During the procedure we had good conversations and laughed. It was like I had known these people my entire life. They gave me great recommendations on what I can do in the future to achieve my goals. There's zero question that Modern Vitality Medical Spa is staffed with a group of professionals that work diligently to help you obtain your desired look. Everyone on staff is inviting and welcoming, and the procedure itself made me feel more relaxed than I've been in a long time. My skin feels amazing, and I cannot wait to go back for another procedure. This medical spa didn't just save my skin, they made my skin look better than it ever has AND the prices are extremely competitive. What's not to love? HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

It's so easy to lie on the internet and say you're a professional , then you get there and see it's just careless individuals who try their hardest to scam you. I booked a consultation and I literally sat in there for 5 minutes before she rushed me out , It seemed like I did all the talking. All I got recommended was 900$ of "micro needling" in which I stated I wasn't interested in from the very beginning. I was told I needed to book an appointment to actually get the service done. SO I drive 25 minutes to speak with someone about my skin then leave ? That doesn't make sense. Then she said she could fit me in & that someone was using the machine and I'd have to wait 30 minutes until I'm able to use it. Speaking through a medical mask that makes me feel so comfortable , not really. I scheduled my appointment for a specific time, I expected to be able to have it. When I arrived I stood there for 10 minutes before anyone even came to the front to greet me. They didn't even ask for my name and just took me back, mistakenly about to start a service that was for someone else . The last name of the girl who was supposed to do my facial wasn't matching to the name I scheduled with. Her name tag was completely different then what is listed on the website. I don't believe the girl I spoke with here was a licensed nurse practitioner whatsoever, nor did I see any credentials anywhere in the office. I was gonna spend around 200$ for a hydra facial but I walked right out of there. Thank god I did.
