When I got there the lady couldn't find my appointment and said there was a new management As an excuse. She kept making excuses why she had to turn me away and started questioning my insurance again. I was told I would have to reschedule AGAIN! I left and won't be back. Now I'm 2 months past my 12th retainer which was only a two week wear. Can't get find or ahold of any dr Gary Moore. Smile direct has gone belly up. Retainer broke and my teeth are going back to the way they were. What a waste of a lot of money. There's a special place in hell for greedy people who take advantage of others.

Made an appointment for today about a week ago . Received two texts confirming the appointment…read more Completed the online patient information document so in their words "it would speed up the check in time". I arrived about 10 minutes early with the guy at the counter who said " have a seat and they will call you back when they can". I should have suspected something then and there. I sat in the waiting area for over an hour. Finally, went back to the counter, same guy, says they were busy and they will get to me. A lady at the counter did say she would check for me. 10 minutes later I was called back. They took me to a room where they took pictures of my mouth, about two minutes. Then I was put in a room and told a Dr. Logan would be right with me. 15 minutes later no Dr. Logan or anyone for that matter. Terrible service. Totally unnecessary to have to wait an hour and a half for a fixed scheduled appointment. Here is the problem, after looking a past reviews my experience isn't a one off. Nothing I write here will change anything there. Don't do what I did. Check the reviews before making contact.

The dentist was friendly and also provided good insight into the health of my teeth (he is a man of few words though). AND my teeth stayed clean and felt clean/plaque free for ONE MONTH after my cleaning! I always have crazy plaque buildup, and usually it comes back in a few days.
