Initially, this would have been a 5 star review. Good sales process and they did the work fast and…read moreon-time. One upcharge on-the-day for some new sheathing, but otherwise as expected. However, the 5 star experienced stopped there. After they took away the dumpster, the driveway had large scrapes (which the dumpster company documented) and there were oil marks left all over the driveway. I was in the driveway when the dumpster was removed and talked to the driver while he took pictures of the damage. EAS confirmed they'd be fixing it and was even specific on how - they would be using a pressure washer on the whole driveway so it looked consistent. This didn't happen - they sent roofers over with scrub brushes, which obviously did nothing. I went back and forth with Kristi in the office who said they would make things right, particularly the scrapes/gouges. The last comm I received from them was October 6, 2025. I tried them again once the snow has stopped and they didn't respond. At this point I have no choice other than to give them a bad rating. If they want to actually respond and fix the driveway, I would happily reconsider the rating.
