The main reason was to create some kind of barrier at the back- before a steep slope downwards to help keep all of us and grandchildren from going over the edge and tumbling down the steep slope. The three of us interviewed FOUR local companies as we all feel it is important to support local businesses. We all decided on RH Landworks. Ryan & Liam are brothers. We were very impressed with these young men!! We are all happy with our results. Ryan is a wonderful communicator. He gave us great input on what to consider from the very start. He listens well too. They. Take. Great. Pride. In. Their. Work. They want their customers to be happy as it is Ryan's company for the last 10 years or so. They do stone work. Landscape beds. They love it all. They do interior painting during the winter months although we had all of our painting already done this past summer. We loved them and would not hesitate to tell you to put them into the mix when interviewing people! They are approved with the H.O.A. Insurance information, etc. variances may take a while so please plan way ahead. Include photos of where the work is to be done. The quotes were all the same prices by the different companies- EXCEPT for one which was a lot more expensive. The three of us all paid different prices based on the approved plants we wanted. The three of us share in the price to repair the area from two houses to the street.

The foreman left to get the rest of the crew and the work began, but without any quotes, which concerned me. I asked the foreman to stop twice along the way but his response was to say we needed to finish the truck. Concerned, I called the owner, Rowdy, back that evening, He called me back the very next day and we worked out a solution. He gave me his word and said he would make it right and have it fixed by the end of the following week. Without me even following up with him, Rowdy kept his word and called me back to confirm the date and fixed the issue on time and to my satisfaction. While there was an issue with the one foreman (who I have since learned was let go for other issues), the quality, customer service, and price were great and I would absolutely hire them again.

I would trust them implicitly with any future remodeling projects and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy contractor.

When I called for an estimate on a bathroom remodel the employee asked more questions about my budget than the work I wanted done and the materials I wanted to use. After I tried to steer the conversation back to the work I wanted done, the frustrated employee said that their bathroom remodel prices start at $25,000 and that it would be a waste of their time to do an estimate if I wasn't willing to pay that price. To be honest, none of the pictures of bathroom remodels on their website look like they justify a minimum $25K price tag so I decided to go with a more reasonably priced remodeler. Unfortunately, Tischendorf was more interested in seeing how deep my pockets were rather than my goals for the project. This just shows the importance of getting multiple quotes before deciding on a contractor.
