Everyone I went to wanted so much money , all they said was about how good they were what they could do. They weren't listening to me. They were just telling me what I wanted to hear like they had all the answers and just one of my credit card no personable touch ,but thank God I found Eileen. She answered my call right away ,walked me through the process ,looked at my website got all my info and "LISTENED" to me while explained to her my content and what I wanted and she took what I was thinking, but couldn't put that into words and did that for me and articulated it so professionally I couldn't be happier and it wasn't thousands of dollars it wasn't even hundreds of dollars, thank you Eileen. I will recommend you to any business owner or new business owner I ever meet who wants to have a website look amazing . you will produce because you "listen" to what me the customer is saying and understand exactly what they're looking for because you're a PROFESSIONAL! The address on record is a UPS store and there is no way to contact them. This is where I went to find them. Good Luck everybody. I also sent them an e-mail but never got any response. I am attaching that e-mail at the bottom. Finally we went with Shopify and are starting the process all over again. Shopify has 24/7 support and fairly inexpensive. I am very disappointed with the service provided by Practical Creative and not sure about their business ethics. Nobody has contacted me since my web site went down and today is Sept 30th, 2020. Copy of my e-mail to Kim Just the owner. Hello Kim: American Plastics web site has been down since Monday night. I have tried many times to contact your office by phone but I am not able to get any person on the phone. Finally on Tuesday Sept 15, 2020 I did talk to some gentleman in your office ( Sorry forgot his name ) and was told that your server was attached by a Ransomware and that he was trying to install the programs from the backup system and we should be up by Wednesday Morning. Wednesday morning we were still down and I called many times and finally talked to the gentleman ( Sorry for the name ) in your office and was promised that we will be up soon. It is Friday Night now and we are still down and no one in your office is answering the phone. I tried calling all day. Your main line does not even ring and nothing happens. I did leave you a message on your cell phone but no answer till now. Please advise when we should expect to be up and running again as we are loosing money everyday the web site is down. I NOTICED THAT YOUR WEB SITE IS UP AND RUNNING ALREADY AND NOT MINE. Hopefully I will get some answers soon. Best Regards Gary

Their contribution to the artistic and technological endeavor surpassed business relationships that I have encountered in the past. The teams communication skills left little to question as an entrepreneur with a fledgling start up company. A commitment to meeting milestones in a timely fashion and on a tight budget have been addressed as of paramount importance. Engaging the Ronin Dev team for your technology development needs will be a prudent business decision as I highly recommend working with them.

Great team, I'm generally reluctant to work with remote teams, but Sonny and his team were great. A few things stand out about our engagement. First, from a business perspective, they invested the time to understand my vision, my desired user experience, and what I wanted to do long-term with this integration. The team was able to take the business outcomes I needed and ensure that they were met in the integration. Second, the team was able to learn a new codebase in a fairly short amount of time. Understanding someone else's code and successfully adding value to the code in a day is hard to do. These guys were able to do that and learn a new technology and a new API. Lastly, these guys gave up their weekend to get the quick turnaround that I needed. After working with the team, I found that they are a young group of smart, hard-working guys that care about the quality of their work. This is definitely a team I would refer to other people for an app or software integration and someone I look forward to continue working with.
