It's…read morebrand new, state-of-the art, with cutting edge technology and beautiful rooms and common areas. My dad spent the summer in ICU, the hospital, and then skilled nursing. We were just hoping to get him to a great rehabilitation facility and get him better enough to come home. We reached out to Brooke at this facility and she worked hard to find him an available bed and get it approved by insurance and Medicare. I started calling her on Monday, and by Monday afternoon she had gotten it all set up, including the required medical transport. She made it so easy and smooth. That was the beginning of our contact with the staff there, and every other interaction has been similar. Smart, capable people who want to make a difference. Since my dad has arrived here (and he's only been here for two days) he is already like a different person. He is clear-headed, eating better thanks to the wonderful food here. He's had a series of increasingly uncomfortable beds all summer; the first text he sent me after his first night here was: "Bed fabulous, slept great, breakfast incredible." I felt like that was the start of a new beginning for my dad. As far as facilities go, it's increible. The huge PT gym is full of brand-new, high-end equipment. There is speech therapy and occupational therapy in addition to PT. My dad is busy from 9A-11:30A and then from 1P-5:30P, all in the name of getting better. Two different doctors came to visit yesterday evening, in addition to a litany of nurses, therapists, aides, and techs. I can't remember the last time he had this many people checking on him, following up, and taking care of him. Honestly, it was probably in ICU. This place has set the bar for me, and for all my loved ones. I will now not be able to accept anything less. Thank you to Brooke for getting us in, and thank you to the entire team helping my dad get better. We are ready to have him home!

During my initial evaluation, Lee Harvey was incredible--she rapidly diagnosed the root source of my pain. From there, Lee and Rachel Branch developed a comprehensive program to tackle the issue. I was seen in the clinic multiple times a week, where they expertly and compassionately implemented my treatment. They also put me on a home program that I followed diligently. When I first started, I was told this complex condition would require spinal surgery (by a spinal surgeon). But as a direct result of Lee and Rachel's outstanding care, expertise, and dedication, I may be able to avoid surgery entirely.

They do challenge you to push you to make improvements but do so in a manner that is considerate of your needs. I lost my father about two weeks into my time with them and the staff were so kind and supportive as I continued my therapy. I worked with three different therapists(though Dustin was my primary) and numerous techs and every one of them was incredible. I cannot recommend this location enough.

I met the lady at the desk who was bubbly, friendly, and informative. I them met with a worker who discussed my conditions with me and told me Megan would be my therapist. I then met Megan. Megan is amazing! She is patient, kind, compassionate, and thorough. As I said, my therapy didn't seem to help me. In fact it did no change to my issue, but I appreciate the kind and thorough care I received from Megan and the other folks at this location. Should you ever find yourself needing PT, this is the place to go.

She looked into it and kept trying to find me options. She got brochures for the oklahoma ketamine center, and I just had my 6th infusion. Every infusion I felt different. Sometimes sad, Sometimes happy due to neurons reconnecting. But this is the first time in my life i have felt relief from bipolar depression. The clinic is clean and the staff are so nice. Please don't be afraid if you have disorders and struggle with them. These infusions don't work for everyone. But I found it to be a miracle that big pharma couldn't do. My children are seeing two speech therapist and so far I've been remarkably pleased with both of their therapists. Everyone is very polite and upbeat. It's a very positive atmosphere. I feel like we get very personalized care. I can also see this occurring with other families as the therapists speak to the parents after the therapy sessions. Parents are welcome to attend sessions as well. They are very open to working with parents in order to achieve the best possible outcome for the children. My kids really enjoy coming. It's never a fight when we have to come to speech therapy. And the therapists always come out to update me on their progress. The facility itself is extremely clean yet simple. There isn't a lot of high-end decorating in the waiting room. But you must understand that this is a place for children. Lots of children. I feel the decor is appropriate for its intended use. We've been coming here for months and I would highly recommend Sensational Kids to other parents who have children in need speech, physical or occupational therapy.

My relationship with SK has soured. In December Sooner care started kicking back my daughter's…read moreclaims because the dr. who had written her referral for services had lost privileges to do so. Sooner Care did not contact me in any way... neither did Sensational Kids. The first week of December Sensational Kids admit to being aware of the claims being denied. They did not reach out to me, or send me a bill for two months. I still have never seen an actual bill, but am being asked to pony up over $900 that wasn't covered. Had SK informed me right away and given me the opportunity to pause services while i remedied the situation, no harm no foul, I could have paid for the one or two that slipped through and moved on, but for them to wait two months and then say "well, unfortunately i can't call every account we have" or something to that effect when I balked at the situation, is completely unconscionable. My daughter is not allowed to come back to thereapy until I pay the bill, even though we now have an appropriate (at least I hope, how am I to truly know if no one communicates with me) referral/scrip... I'm so dissapointed in the attitued of Sensational Kids.
