The gentleman that helped us, who I believe is the owner, was absolutely wonderful, friendly and extremely helpful. He pin pointed exactly what we needed. The prices are amazing and material is high quality. We spent roughly 400 for a brand new boxspring and a high-quality queen mattress and couldn't be more happier. I have been a customer for over 4 years. We bought a Dreammaker hot tub and I go back for the chemicals and filters. If I ever need the hot tub serviced I'll talk to Dalton. THANK YOU to the kind and personable staff at Forty Winks for helping me replace the heat sensor in our Jacuzzi spa. Admittedly, i called for a service call and hoped someone would fix it for me. However, due to the busy season, no one was available for a weak weeks. On a busy Saturday, Forty Winks accepted my phone call to troubleshoot the issue, recommended a part, had the part waiting for me when I arrived and also gave me written instructions and photos of how to get the job done. I'm a 41 year old female with limited electrical experience; my most ambitious project to date was changing light fixtures and outlets. With their help, I just replaced the sensor in under an hour (and for $31 vs a $200 sales call)! Before calling Forty Winks, I called several other Jacuzzi distributors and no one would even return my call. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and dedication to service. The owner was relatively nice before we purchased anything. We thought it was going to be a good experience until we got our new bed and pillows home. We were extremely unhappy about the bed we got. Instead of giving us a new bed he packaged up the floor model and sold us a dirty used mattress. We didn't realize that until we got it home and saw that the plastic was all taped up and the mattress was dirty. We also purchased 3 new pillows and again we got all used pillows. One even had a tag missing and another was extremely dirty. So when we returned the pillow and tried to report the problem, Dalton (the owner) was very dismissive and rude and blamed us for the pillow being ruined. I would never recommend this place to anyone and certainly won't go back. He is nice to your face until he gets your money. read more
