Arranged in small groups, these presentations consisted of a tour of the business and more importantly what should or should not be recycled. All of us in our group had misconceptions of the recycling choices we have made that Mike set us straight on. It was fascinating as he was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The group agreed we all could do better on the first step in recycling, not to contaminate the recycling stream with unwanted items that could jam his sorting machinery or not be handled well by his employee sorters. Plus on the day of our tour we were treated to snacks and marketing giveaways. Our group was an even mix of older woman and men, but we think that younger generations who are concerned about the earth and how much we throw away could benefit and be as engaged as we were about this tour. We didn't want to take out a contract with a garbage company once we found out we can drive 2 miles from our house and drop off our garbage. They have everything broken down into categories with attendants who are quite helpful. Anything from paint to oil to cardboard to paper, plastic and normal refuse. All have different compactors or cages to place your disposables. If you spend more than 5 minutes there, ask for help and keep moving.

We had a mold problem in our apartment that was very difficult to totally clean, 2 companies was trying to help, so our clothes were left in the dry cleaners until problem was solved, all the while letting the store know what was going on and we want our clothes. They seemed to understanding, acknowledging they understood, having had extensive conversations. Well when we finally went to pick up our clothes, over a hundred dollars of dry cleaning was stolen, we were told the manager went thought our clothes and took some!! My spouse just told me let's just get what's left and leave. We had close to a $1000 in dry cleaning at that store, you lost customers for life.

I took his custom, Italian blazer to Curry Dry Cleaner first thing Friday morning, 10/27/17. Problem Solved: I delivered the chocolate hard shell sauce stained blazer to Curry Dry Cleaners at 7:30 Friday morning. I explained the entire situation and that our guest was only here for the football weekend. Curry Dry Cleaners examined the blazer and determined fairly quickly that they could remove the stain! Wow, really?!Then they asked if I wanted to pick it up later in the day for our out of town guest! Yes, yes, yes, customer service at its best!!!
