We turned to Insurepair after a friend recommended them, as the company we were using before hadn't…read morebeen great. From the start, Insurepair were efficient and professional. Their survey was quick but detailed, and they actually discovered that some of the work we'd been told was needed wasn't necessary at all! The team carried out the repairs promptly and to a really high standard -- we're absolutely delighted with the results. Communication was excellent throughout, and the whole process was stress-free. I'd definitely recommend Insurepair to anyone needing reliable, quality home repairs.

Property Repair have just recently completed the reinstatement works to my home after we were…read moreflooded by our neighbour above. They were Fantastic. Just Fantastic. They were extremely helpful from start to finish. At one point just before the claim was accepted, the insurers decided to go down the 'cash settlement road', which pretty much meant that they were washing their hands off me, which I was not going to stand for. Richard at Property Repair contacted the Loss Adjuster to explain my plight and shortly afterwards rang me to say all would proceed as planned. His Tradesmen all arrived in company liveried vans and wore company uniforms, they were polite and not once did I hear profanity from any of the builders, even if I did use some myself. Very Happy with Property Repair, very happy indeed! J x

I took time off work as this company was coming round to estimate at 9.00am. At 10.00am I called…read moretheir office to ask why the estimator had not turned up. I was told he was definately coming so I waited and waited but he failed to turn up, a complete waste of my time. The job itself was a complete re-roof and my guess is he turned up but realised the job was too big. I would have been understanding if he knocked on my door and said he wasn't interested so now this company is receiving my review for being unreliable.

Sorry to say they were very poor in my experience. Had them booked for a weekday afternoon service…read morecall. They didn't turn-up and only phoned me at 5pm to say they were't coming, after I'd taken a half day from work. Then they arranged a weekend visit instead and didn't turn-up for that either, so I waited in all day for nothing. I understand that jobs over-run sometimes, but the lack of communication was really poor and two missed visits doesn't inspire confidence. Edit: Marie did phone me at 4pm on Saturday and assured me an engineer would visit next Saturday at 9am without fail. Edit 28/11: It's 9.30am Saturday and the engineer isn't here. If I had a complaining customer and I'd promised that an engineer would attend by a certain time, I'd ensure they were on time. Late and no call. Very, very poor.
