Un ladro si è arrampicato per 3,6 metri, è entrato dal nostro balcone e ha rubato lo zaino di mio marito con il suo portafoglio e tutti i nostri soldi per il viaggio. La parte peggiore? La risposta dell'hotel:     *    Nessuna chiamata alla polizia o aiuto per sporgere denuncia     *    Nessuna assistenza dopo che i nostri contanti/carte sono spariti     *    Nessun follow-up sulla sicurezza degli ospiti o sugli oggetti rubati     *    Ci hanno detto di utilizzare la nostra assicurazione Inoltre, NON siamo stati rassicurati sulla sicurezza dei futuri ospiti. They have a shared living room where breakfast is served or where you can relax and utilize their honesty bar. We went in May and there were a lot of mosquitos...I am guessing from the still water puddles leftover from the rain! Mosquitos must be common as the hotel provides free mosquito repellents for you to plug in the wall though! I would like to give this place four stars but we had some mix-ups that cannot be ignored 1.Upon check-in, we notified them we wanted museum tickets booked. The next day we came by and they were not booked so we had to pick a new day as the museum was sold out. 2. We asked the hotel to book us a taxi to the airport when we checked out. We waited in the lobby and were told our car was here. We were the only people waiting in the lobby. The taxi driver stopped at a random location and said here it is....it was not the airport! We told him we were supposed to go to the airport and so he called the hotel and apparently there was a mix-up! Who lost in this?? We did! Lost time and we had to pay for the extra taxi fare.

Andrea was helpful, friendly, and even shared a portion of his own meal with us so we could try some variety. He paired wines and served our food promptly and perfectly. The pasta was to die for, and the service was second to none. If you have a chance, please eat here and tell Andrea we said hello. The best experience in Italy thus far, and what a superb gentleman. They sell wine upstairs, so if you drink something you love, you have a chance to take a bottle home with you. I'm not sure if that was the venue or the bride's coordinator. The food served was excellent, and they did a good job of accommodating my gluten allergy, including providing gf pasta. Dessert, including the frosting of the wedding cake, was great and lots of fun. Music, both lived during the dinner and dj in the dance room, were great. Lovely location with a beautiful view. The only suggestion is that they should have had tents set up to shield guests from the murderous summer Italian sun. Sitting for an hour on 90-degree direct sunlight was less than pleasant.
