I was nervous the first time I experienced a colonic, but Sofia helped me relax and made me very comfortable. Having a colonic was nothing like I had imagined. Sofia at Fort Langley Colon Hydrotherapy has really help me with constipation and the whole digestive process. I can't believe how much better my gut works after a short series of Colonics with her. My head feels clearer. I have more energy. When I first heard about it, I had a lot of reservations, but the process is not unpleasant and respectful. read more

Sofia is a I-act Certified Colon Hydrotherapist and a member of I-Act. She worked for seven years at Integrated Health Clinic in Fort Langley with an accomplished team of naturopathic oncologists, naturopathic physicians, medical doctors, chiropractors, therapists, clinical counsellors, and lab technicians. In 2011, Sofia decided to start her own colonics practice and designs individualized body and/or colon cleanses. In addition, she maintains a practice at Abbotsford-Fraser Valley Colonics and works in partnership with her many referring naturopathic doctors.

Not only is Sofia highly professional in her work: gentle, informative and respectful, she is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to nutrition, health and healing, and anatomy and physiology. I always feel extremely safe - I know what to expect because she explains everything very carefully, and she makes the experience of having a colonic relaxed and comfortable.
