The first interaction I had was a phone call which sent me to a US answering service. I was very…read moredisappointed as I was calling about pricing/availability but in order to offer me that info I had to give my first and last name. I declined and hung up. I went into the Dugald location which is nearby to have a person to person interaction. The gal at the desk, was welcoming as I entered and I stated that, " I am mask exempt and I would like to conduct business, am I welcome to enter?" I was welcomed! I was in need of a 10x10 unit but only a small one was available that day. I rented the small one with the knowing that East Side was going to hold the larger one for me and I would transfer my items from one to the other a week later. This info wasn't passed onto the other office staff and I was initially unprofessional in my dialogue. The staff member calmed me but yet held her ground; as she should when someone is raising their voice. I am proud to say we worked through it in a professional and understanding manner and I am now waiting for the larger unit while moving items into the smaller one for now and then, I will transfer all items into the larger one in a week. Just wish a discount could have happened but I understand in times as these, people are out there willing to pay even more. All in all, great customer service. Thank-you.
