The group bootcamp classes are 30 minutes, and are offered Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday. You may think, "That's it, 30 minutes?"...but at the end end of class when you're laid out on the floor gasping for breath, you'll be thankful it was only 30 minutes! Holly is in charge of the program, and does an excellent job. She keeps her class sizes small, so she's really able to give each individual any needed attention. Whether you're a beginner, pregnant, or have an injury you're recovering from, Holly will work with you to modify the workout...which I think is pretty awesome! One of my favorite things about the class is the variety. Whether it's battle ropes, frog jumps, or high-fiving a partner between pushups...each day we do a different combo of excercises...that are challenging, interactive, and fun!
