Shortly after my accident, we met at Starbucks, and I honestly asked him if my case was even worth pursuing. He immediately put my mind at ease, explained the process clearly, and gave me the confidence to move forward. Throughout the entire litigation process, Tim was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly responsive. No matter how many questions I had, he always took the time to answer them and made sure I understood what to expect. He thoroughly prepared me for my deposition, which helped me feel confident and comfortable during what could have been a very stressful experience. His paralegal, Margaret, was equally wonderful. She was organized, professional, compassionate, and always helpful whenever I needed assistance. One of the things I appreciated most was that Tim truly treated my case as a team effort. I always felt heard, respected, and supported from beginning to end. His integrity, professionalism, and genuine care for his clients are evident in everything he does. Selecting Tim Daly and the entire Daly & Clemente team was one of the best decisions I made after my accident. If you're looking for an attorney you can trust--someone who is experienced, compassionate, and committed to achieving the best possible outcome--you can feel confident choosing Tim Daly. I am incredibly grateful for everything he and his team did for me.

The negligence of a convenience store caused my wife to be seriously injured at a local branch, and…read morewe needed help, both medical and legal. We've never sued anyone and didn't want to sue them, but we were also heading down an expensive medical path and didn't know where to turn. We called a big TV firm but didn't like the impersonal vibes they were giving off. A friend recommended we give Tim Daly a call and we did. Tim came to our house and we liked him immediately. From that day on our problems became his problems. We've learned that big corporations talk about community and they certainly want your business, but unfortunately, the moment something goes wrong, their first move will most likely be to accuse you (the injured party) of lying and exaggerating to extort money from them. We were insulted and more determined to hold them accountable for the pain, losses and medical bills they had caused. We hired the best Orthopedic doctors in the Philadelphia region to bolt and sew my wife back together. After several surgeries and hundreds of hours of physical therapy over many months, we were starting to see light at the end of the tunnel. Through all of this, Tim Daly kept a calm, logical approach, comforting and encouraging us to not take any of these litigation attacks personally. In the end, Tim was right about everything. We were able to have our day and Tim expertly convinced a team of corporate lawyers to do the right thing, even if they didn't want to. We are very happy with Tim and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of legal counsel and a strong defender.
