We called this Discount Tire (the nearest one to us at the time) and an absolute angel named Jayson answered the phone. He said he would stay at work late to help us out so we didn't have to camp on the side of the road for the night. When we arrived, he was there with his boss. Both men were so kind and helpful, I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about this place. Luckily, the tire had the protection warranty on it and the new tire was in stock and fully covered. We were on our way in no time. What could've been a disaster for our trip, turned out to be an experience that renewed our faith in humanity and good old-fashioned customer service. Went to get my tire serviced and checked because there was some type of wear on it. I knew I had…read moresome type of warranty on it but instead of help it seemed that the associate was accusing me of revving my tires to wear it out? He started telling me which year I bought the tire and seemed to think I didnt have a warranty on it and didnt even check the computer. I had to pull out a receipt on him. I asked him if he was sure that that didnt count on the warranty or if I had a warranty and he told me "look at them" (the tires I guess?). The response was uncalled for and he really kept going back to the burn out story and I assured him that I did not do that. (Wouldn't more of my tires be worn if I was burning out? It's an AWD vehicle) Im just going to take my business elsewhere after this episode. I'm sure I didnt come off as rude but if I can steer anyone away from this place, I did what I came to do. Go to Sam's Club, which is down the street. Or even the local mom's/pop's tires spots, heck Id pick Wal Mart over them after this event. Dueces Discount Tire by Ross Osage, yall were terrible. The vibe there is not welcoming as well. Also, they sent me a message to get back to them about this service...Well I wrote in my info and they never attempted to even get to me about it. So they reached out for nothing. Like I said, there better options then this discount tire, please don't shop here. Definitely can find better discounts somewhere else for sure...

They were worried because they did not know where they were. They searched the area for a tire service place. express tire came up. The owners came out to help them after hours just to make sure they were safe and that their car tire was fixed. Not only were they given quick and amazing service, you could not beat the price. My dad said he was shocked at how reasonable the cost was. My parents said the individuals who fixed their tire were such great and kind people. While I did not meet the owners, thank you for taking care of my parents and making sure their car was fixed. Highly recommend this place!

The staff at Kroozers called me at home just to fix the problem and they went above and beyond to fix my car problem and how unhappy I was with the business. This showed me they truly care about their customers and I regret writing them a bad review. I realize that EVERY business is going to mess up from time to time. It's how they handle those mess ups that show the true character of the business. You would do well to use them to fix your cars problems and know they will treat you right even if the mess up at first. This auto repair shop is now back on the top of my list!
