Stayed there 4 months ago. Booked with price 65 euros in a busy season in Paris!…read moreGreat location, next to (less than 5 minutes walk to) a subway station Porte des livas. The hotel is newly renovated, there was even the smell of newly painted walls. My room was next to a noisy highway, however, the window was very sound-proofing, with its closed, it extremely quiet. Air conditioning was fine as well. The room was clean, new, with acceptable space. Free wifi! Love the breakfast buffet (6 euros all you can eat), the croissant was amazing!! Yogurt, great, eggs, awesome! Staffs are quite friendly so you feel really welcome. There was a little story that they wrongly configured my room type, but it was fixed in a timely manner. I would consider staying in it again next time. Missing their breakfast already!

It was bigger than the other rooms my relatives were staying in. But, our room didn't really have any air circulation. It was stuffy and we had to open the window. We adjusted thermostat a few times. There's free WiFi available and you would have to sign up at the front desk (I think). For me, I used my smartphone to try to access the WiFi internet and you would have to provide some personal info. I didn't bother with signing up since I was only here for 2 nights. We also got to eat at their breakfast buffet in morning. It's the same typical breakfast that I experienced while traveling in Europe. Bread, croissants, cereal, deli meats, yogurt, coffee, tea, juice, etc. For the first breakfast at the hotel, I tried their scrambled eggs, bacon strips, and bread. The scrambled eggs were terrible. The bacon strips were boiled and it was rubbery. I had to slip out the bacon. So, I pretty much had orange juice and bread with nutella spread for 2 days for breakfast here. [Note: I'm not a breakfast person. So you might enjoy the other breakfast items at the hotel] In sum, I probably wouldn't come back to this hotel. My relatives and I didn't have choice of what hotel to stay in, since it was already arranged in advanced by the tour.

There are three main reasons why I loved this hotel and will choose to stay at it again. First, the air-conditioning is fantastic for summer. Being in Paris in the summer, I called to make sure hotels had good air-conditioning and this hotel has impeccable cooling units in the room. Next, I wanted a large room by American standards. The rooms were very large and spacious. It is rare to get these sizes in central Paris. I also appreciated how quiet the hotel felt, making it easy to rest after long days of sightseeing. Last, I wanted a hotel with a 24 hour fitness center. It was a great gym with free weights, treadmills and other items to keep you fit. The rooms though were magnificent. I loved the new decor in the renovated rooms. I especially liked the bathroom lighting. There is a grocery store behind the hotel and random restaurants within the vicinity, but again, the metro (subway) is close by allowing you in and out of central Paris in 15 to 25 minutes. I will happily stay here again for the comfort, space and easy city access.

This is an excellent place to stay if you are attending an event at Stade De France! The walk to…read morethe stadium is an easy 20 minutes, and I felt safe (with my husband) walking back from our concert at midnight. There was a lot of street lighting and pedestrian walkways. Hotel Rooms are fairly roomy, with mini refrigerator, iron and iron board, as well as a safe. Room TV is quite large. Breakfast is pretty good with a lot of entrees, both hot and cold. We didn't take public transportation, as we only stayed 2 nights. There is a small grocery store 5 minute walk away. Arc de Triomphe Amd Eiffel Tower are about 5 miles from hotel. BAHAR was very professional amd welcoming on check in. Nicoletta was also a standout at breakfast.
