This is without a doubt the worst hotel I've ever been in in my entire life. The hotel lobby looks…read morefine, but the room was unsanitary. The carpet floors are the filthiest I've ever seen in any hotel, and there were bugs in my bed. The worst part of the trip was I got to the hotel too late to be able to change hotels and ended up sitting in the lobby all night, waiting for my colleagues to wake up so we could leave. I eventually decided to just leave and go to the next hotel early, so I could get an early check in and possibly get some sleep. But before I went to speak with the hotel manager. He basically told me people stay there all the time and that the floors (pictured) were clean. He refused to give me a full discount, but offered to give half off.... Very disappointing. I honestly would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Never again.

My…read moresister friend and I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and 2 days without hot water for the shower. We called front desk and someone supposed to fix it but when we came back, the water was little better to touch but still cold. We called the front desk again, they said that the maintenance man is off the duty now. The second incident was the call woke up. We asked to call us at 530am so we could leave at 630am to catch the taxi going to airport. The front desk called us at 630am. We had to be in the hurry to check out and met the taxi driver at the front lobby. This kind of behaviors are not acceptable. Furthermore, the front desk people have attitude when you talk to them. Seems like they are bothered by you. Will not come back again.

The hotel has a parking garage for those with a car, but it is $20/day. The hotel has a restaurant that is open for dinner daily but is closed on Sundays. They also have breakfast but it is not included in your stay if you choose to have breakfast at the hotel. They also have room service! The staff was able to help with tourist suggestions as needed. Great stay overall!

The staff is friendly. I arrived in time to check in at noon. But my room wasn't ready for another half hour. The check out time is also noon so I'm guessing they are trying for a quick turn around on the rooms. The staff apologized for my wait. The room I had was small but quaint. As custom here in France their large beds are just 2 twins pushed together. The room has a small fridge, hot water heater, small safe and blow dryer. There is a clothing rack and a few shelves. There are no dressers. There is a free hotel WiFi. The hotel has a restaurant and bar area. Which I did not use but looks nice. The area isn't the best but not the worst. The metro train is 2 blocks away and there are a variety of shops, markets and restaurants within just 3 blocks of hotel. Overall I liked this hotel for the price. Which I got a good deal online. I would not pay the stated 150 euro price posted behind receptionist.
