I was absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated by this firm ,I booked 4 tyres to be fitted at 11 /30 but on arrival was told they could not be fitted then would I come back 2 pm,returned at the agreed time I was then confronted by another employee and told he did not know why I had turned up as they had not a tyre fitter.all this poor service cost me fuel and time wasted.I will never use Formula one Autocentres again and will advise others not to use this firm read more

I was told that my vehicle would be looked at within 15 minutes 45 minutes later I am still left in the waiting room with my vehicle not touched and no communication. I have no problem with them being busy but why not just say so? A total waste of my time. I have been going fo F1 for various work on the car for over 10 years now. Never again read more

I have in the last few weeks been to your Bedford centre for a service and MOT and I have to say how truly impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the staff there. They were happy to help with the problems I described with my car (tracking misalignment and uneven tyre wear) and the Manager talked me through ways I could prevent the damage happening again.
