Pizza may be good but the owner knows nothing about customer care. I don't care if the place looks awful as long as it's clean and they treat you with decency. This guy treated us like if we were asking food for free. He overloads his waitresses to the point that if they take more than one minute at your table he pulls them from there and tells the customers that they have to go to the counter to order, and he will tell you that in not a very friendly manner. To finish, he didn't have the ingredients we were requesting and he seemed like he was high. Bottomline, good taste is not all, customers deserve to be treated with courtesy, but it's obvious this guy has no idea what that is. read more

Absolutely brutal! We called in our order and were informed they were very busy and would take about 1 hour. We heard they were very good so figured it was worth the wait, however when we showed up and told them our name and that we were here for pickup the gentleman went to the back then informed us that they just received our order and had ran out of the Sicilian style then we could wait another 20 minutes for a new order to come through. They should have called us to inform this a very long time before that but clearly they do not have their act together. I don't care how good your food is common customer service practice should have come into effect and we should have been called a long time before this! Visit 11-26-14 Yes it's a small place and dated. My husband, son(6) and I enjoyed it and would eat here again. My husband had the pepperoni and we had the cheese. Someone ordered the Texas size, WOW. Looked awesome but not for us three :) They have fountain drinks and bottle ones as well. The cheese sticks were good but came out just before the pizza and were not finished. read more

A different type place for sure. A few things to know you order at the counter, then find a seat if there is one, they bring pizza out, and pay as you leave. That was a little different than I'm used to. The staff is friendly, but it has a hectic atmosphere. Food was pretty good. Not the best ever and certainly not the worst. I used to eat here all the time when this place first opened. It was amazing. BUT, I think they changed their recipe. It's just not as amazing as it used to be! I am thinking that they changed the recipe on the crust.. maybe a cheaper alternative. It's just not so good anymore.. tastes like that stuff from Little Caesar's! Also, the pizza needs more sauce. Some of the best pizza I have ever had. To me, one sign of a good pizza with quality ingredients is if you can put it in the fridge for a while then take out a cold slice to eat and it is just as good or better than a hot slice. Our old stand by, pepperoni and jalapeno passed with flying colors. To top it off, the prices are awesome for what you get. We will definitely be back. read more

I like eating Formacios, my husband is not a big pizza fan but does like eating pizza from there. Unfortunately today we did not have a good experience, people that got there way after us ended up eating there pizza first, the employee came by and asked if we had gotten our cheese sticks I told her no, about 10 minutes passed and I had to ask her what was going on with our order she said it was coming out in a few minutes. Our cheese sticks came they where oven hot and then our pizza came within seconds, my daughter goes mom the pizza looks cold, I go no it's not. Sure enough the pizza looked like it had been sitting for a while and it was just warm , not hot like right from the oven like the cheese sticks. We also noticed that it had a funky layer under the cheese like if it was raw, girl said it was because of the cheese, But the cheese sticks where not like that and they have a lot of cheese, I think it was either not fully cooked or it was left sitting on the counter for a while and they forgot to take it out so they just threw it in the oven and re heat it. Either way I'm very disappointed in Formacios today, I'm not sure what went wrong today. :( read more

Got out of work today and decided I wanted Formaccio's pizza! I called in my order at 1:31pm and was told my order would be ready in 30 to 40 minutes. I arrived at their new location at 1:52pm (time they charged me) and patiently waited. The 40 minutes passed, no pizza. I didn't end up getting my order until 2:36 pm! 1 hour and 5 minutes after my call in time! Thank you Formaccio's for your cold pizza, your upgraded building and downgraded service, wet pizza boxes, your inability to call out my name and the bone on one of my pizzas! read more
