Marty reinforced at the onset that the job comes with a 15 year manufacturer warranty!!!! Marty placed 4 remnants in the same area to prove to me they'd burn like the turf from the sun! They DID NOT the experiment was a fail? The lack of accountability and resolution at the end has left me unable to recommend this company based on outcome and post-install support.
