A caretaker came to my car and helped me with my fur-baby. They allowed me as much time as I needed to say my final goodbyes. They are very caring and compassionate, allowing my baby to be cremated in her dog bed, with her favorite blankie. She was returned to me in 24 hours, in a very nice, carved wooden box. Faithful Companions make an extremely painful situation just a little easier with their compassion and professionalism.

I thought that with the cheap price it would be in a cheap setting, but I was wrong. The place is set on a beautiful quiet farm acre away from the city and traffic that I was most pleased with in the same town that I first got my dog. Dan, the older gentleman and owner of the business was very polite and patient with me, he even helped carry my 80lb great pyrenees' body to the crematorium. I even got to watch the cremation take place. Although he operates his business from out of his house, and the pet cemetery from out of his backyard its not as bad as it looks. All in all I'm satisfied that I got my dog cremated there, I feel like its only right to cremate him in the town he was from. Total cost of cremation along with his certificate and elegant urn came about $168, its not that cheap but compared to other places that range from $200 and above in Louisville its reasonable given for his size.

My pup passed on Saturday and they opened on Sunday just for me to bring her and make arrangements and they didn't charge anything additional. Tony was respectful, knowledgeable and made the process painless. The prices vary on the package, but I felt they were reasonable. I dropped her off on Sunday and they had her remains ready on Monday afternoon. That was a quick turnaround compared to when I previously did this for one of my other pups at a different location. Lienna greeted us when we went to pick up the remains and she, like Tony, was very knowledgeable and kind. Lienna was also willing to wait an additional hour after closing to ensure we were able bring our pups remains back home. I would give the company a 5 out of 5 star rating based on the professionalism, empathy/sympathy, knowledge and overall respect and kindness. I would recommend others to go here during their time of need for their pet family and I would return too should I find myself needing to care for my pets remains.

I was especially happy with Joy, the Care Center Manager. Her kind and caring personality made the experience all the more special. They offered shipping, delivery to my local veterinary office or I could pick the ashes up. I chose to pick up her remains and Joy was just as pleasant in person as on the phone. The beautiful urn box came in a velvety navy blue drawstring bag, along with the certificate, nameplate and a pamphlet for coping with grief. All of it in another sturdy navy blue bag. Lulu left behind her brother from another mother, Percy, whom she was bonded with for 13 awesome years. He's 17 now and still very healthy. When the time inevitably comes and it's time to see his sister again, I will definitely go with Pet Angel, as well as the at-home veterinarian once again. The man who brought him home (I apologize for not remembering his name) was one of the kindest, most considerate people I have met. I did break down when he brought him home but he made sure to help console me and I will always appreciate that. I did have a paw impression done of Milo. I do not think the staff will ever understand how much I treasure this. Not only is it a paw print. They managed to capture some of his fur in the impression as well. When I was younger, I had a bad experience with a cremation that was handled by the vet after my childhood dog had passed. They cremated her before they were able to do her paw printings. Obviously that is just devastating. My pup was gone forever. BUT let me tell you, this place showed me that you CAN trust them with your furry family members100%. My sweet Oliver was cremated and put into an urn I chose out of their large selection that they have. They had one that was for ferrets so that's the one I selected. I will attach photos of the urn and imprintings I received. I paid total 80$ or so for the cremation of Oliver, the urn for his ashes, hair clippings from Oliver, and the imprints from his feet and nose. So thankful for everything they were able to do for me.
