10 out of 10 would NEVER recommend or use again. They were hired to trim a huge oak tree in my back…read moreyard. The crew came and started working before 8am even after the door wasn't answered. I was told they were coming "before noon" not before 8am. I have a fenced in yard and my dog has access to it through a doggie door so when I woke to find them already in my yard working I was pretty upset. Sure they trimmed the tree, even if one of them was wearing a Carolina Tree Trimming shirt and FLIP FLOPS, I bet the insurance company would approve of that safety attire, but they broke the top of 2 fence pickets and said they'd be back to fix them that afternoon. When something didn't go right, the guy in flip flops yelled obscenities in my back yard loud enough for me to hear it clearly inside my house. He's really professional. They didn't come and I woke up the next day with them in my back yard once again without notice. They put 1 new fence picket up...it's the one that is about 3" taller than the rest, but there is still a picket that is completely down. When I tell you this is the worst experience I have ever had with a company that was hired to service my house, that is an understatement.
