So, after 2 years of shock with all the junk builders throw on the ground, it was looking more raggedy than ever. We had our gardener try to trim it, but he just made it worse. Finally, we couldn't stand it, so my husband googled around and found Winthrop, who responded promptly. Jay came out and assessed the tree, found it healthy, gave us a very reasonable estimate for the trim and shipping. Came back a few days later and did the work with his very nice crew. No ruts in grass, No mess, fancy lift that was very safe for the trimmers. The tree looks great and we look forward to continue shaping this baby to health over many years to come! Higly recommend Winthrop Tree service

We had a…read morepretty large three-day job, and Roland personally stopped by our property every single day to make sure everything was being done right and that we were happy with the work. What impressed me most was the level of pride he takes in his company. Even as the owner, Roland personally pressure washed our fence and driveway after the job to make sure everything was left clean. That says a lot about the type of business he runs. His crew of six was professional, respectful, and incredibly hardworking. They kept our property clean throughout the entire job and didn't leave behind any trash or mess. Travis in particular is extremely good at what he does and was great to work with. It's rare to find an owner who is this involved and genuinely cares about the finished product and the customer's experience. Roland runs a first-class operation, and I would recommend Charleston Stump Stompers to anyone needing tree or stump work. Five stars all around.

They cleaned up all the little branches throughout the yard and on the street. You would not even have known they were there. We also had the stump ground. He arrived not long after they left.
