I scheduled a residential home inspection prior to listing my property so I could address any potential issues that might affect the sale, the value of my home, or pose safety concerns--and they delivered exactly what I needed. The inspector was extremely professional, thorough, and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain findings in a clear and practical way. Even more impressive was the fast turnaround on the inspection report, which was detailed, easy to understand, and very helpful in prioritizing next steps. From start to finish, their customer service was excellent, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Eagle Vision Inspection Services to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and efficient home inspection. Thanks again Mr. MCcurry

We scheduled for Tuesday with the understanding that the already scheduled service calls that day would take as long as they took. Tuesday around noon, I called to make sure we were still on the schedule, as we have four unsocialized dogs to corral beforehand. Yup. Sure enough, Buz was taking care of others but promised he's be with us that day. And he was. Managed to get here before dark, troubleshot the issue in minutes, and had a venting improvement installed in about the same amount of time. Buz has the experience you're looking for and can trust. (Bear in mind that I had called another local repair service before them, spoke with the owner, made an appointment, and texted several times when he didn't show or call. I was wary.) This is an operation that knows how to run their business right; they treat others with respect, are as good as their word, and charge a very fair price for doing what I couldn't. Most highly recommend them for any appliance needs.

Within 6 months of living here we start having issues. I called around to get pricing on getting it pumped. ROPER's was one of the lowest. My next concern was will they shoot us straight? Will they try and up sell us? They were so transparent, honest and guided us through the process. They showed up the next day and pumped. They followed up. We came up with a game plan on how to avoid any problems in the future. Overall I Will recommend this company to everyone! I will only use Roper and Sons!
