She was very professional and easy to talk to. She was attuned to our needs and concerns from the very moment we met. She helped us choose the home of our dreams. Luci was the primary factor in us choosing Citrus Hills. The other factors were the high quality of a Citrus Hills home and the quiet peaceful way of life here. It is completely true when they say that it is " Resort style Life". We couldn't be more pleased. Bill and Phyllis Coulter

I moved here in June 2025. I love my neighbors and many amenities. I only gave it three stars…read morebecause of the landscape maintenance and the misleading warranty on my new build. I moved into a maintenance free section (paid for it in your HOA fee), meaning they take care of the landscaping. All they do is mow, string trim and spray the edges with grass killer. I have to pull my own weeds and treat for insects for which there are many! They use Bahia grass for the sides and rear. This is a pasture grass and looks terrible. They use Zoysia grass for the front to make the drive by look great for future sales. Don't be misled with the 2yr warranty for electric and plumbing. They only cover structural such as a leaking pipe in the wall. It does not cover anything leaking from fixtures such as toilets, a/c, hose bibbs, etc. You need an on-call plumber because they use the poor quality parts. Still, I am happy to live here for the social aspects.

Five months before we retired we flew to Florida to find our retirement home. The first place we…read morevisited was OTOW in Ocala Florida . There we met Mercedes Hernandez. Her knowledge of the community and the homes impressed us. She showed us homes to see what we liked. We let her know what features and upgrades we wanted. She was fantastic! We searched other communities, however, nothing compared to OTOW and we found ourselves back at OTOW before our return trip home. Once we sold our home, Mercedes was able to find us a move in ready home with all of the options we desired. She also introduced us to their relocation team. Greatly reducing the stress of a long distance move. Now that we've been here for over four months, life is good! We love it here in our new home and we are very grateful to Mercedes for taking the time to show us what our next chapter should look like. Thank you, Mercedes! Laura & John Savino

They have a deep passion to conduct a superior installation and or repair. They are extremely professional, respectful, exceptionally knowledgeable and focused on attention to detail by taking pride in their work. They arrived on time and finished on time. They keep cost down. Instead of selling me a new control head, they rebuilt my existing one saving me nearly $1000. They installed a new iron filter tank and a new water softener tank. Upon installation of the new tanks, they corrected numerous discrepancies with the initial piping installation, which was installed by a different contractor. If quality parts and equipment are not available, they reschedule when the correct parts are readily on hand. They will not install substandard equipment. They work extremely well together and maximizing productivity. It was an honor to have them at my home. It is refreshing to see them possess and demonstrate the values that made this country great!!!

The iron content was so high I could smell it and it was turning all of our fixtures orange. After trying several other companies with a bit of a wait time we contacted Clean Water Conditioning . Bob of Clean Water and his son made arrangements to come out the next day. He tested our water and suggested a system to fit our needs. No over sell as we had experienced with others, just what we needed to do to make the system correct. His prices were reasonable and the work was completed quickly in a very professional manner. Would I use him again? Absolutely! Not only did he provide excellent service but also gave me some great money saving tips on the operating of our new water system. Thanks Bob.

I contacted WTS in an effort to benchmark my well water quality. A simple-to-comprehensive test ($$$$) would have been the usual response. Not so with Gary Judd, who is driven by a different ethic than the predatory model of most service providers. After listening carefully to my description of the water conditions we face after the recent installation of a saltiness water treatment system that promised clean odor & taste results ... not delivered, he spent 20' reviewing my system needs; outlining the causal elements, the ability of the new system to address them, a model of the most effective system for our well water treatment, & a recommended addition that would cover my concerns. I left the conversation with the knowledge & understanding to address the issues in my system, and immense gratitude for Gary's sincere interest in helping another ... by his 30 years in the business of water treatment and the kind regard for another--all w/o charge. Pleased and confirmed that some among the trades prove worthy of helpfulness for no more compensation than to be of service to others, in a world that is so corrupt of self-interest that we may all soon see water departments add a paywall to the use of household toilets. I sent Gary $50; less than his expertise--so easily issued--deserved, and his sincere kindness in lending it. Any so fortunate to call WTS should do the same. TU Gary .. from all those who benefited so, but failed to tell you.
