They even give you unspoken of charges to keep your deposit. Coming from a family with professional cleaners and leasing experience. If you miss a spot when you vaccum, you get charged for cleaning. On top of that, they charge you for a brand new rug. Does that even make any logical sense? They sent this too me too, like it made any sense. When I moved in, white spots where on the rug that was not even new. And even was told that I didn't have to pay during the walk through. Balderdash! Get Out!".

This is a Portland ownership group, folks, and they want Portland money. Simple as that. I found the "human" element to be sorely lacking here; all these people want is money. They even gig you on the way out, as I scrubbed the place from top to bottom and still lost $200 of my security deposit to "general cleaning." That's not happened to me in 45 years of renting different venues. It's a soulless place. Find something else.
