The owner took great strides to keep everyone safe. Some discoloring on the cart seats do not make them dirty. If you remember right, the cart corral is under a very large oak tree and leaves were falling rapidly. I'm glad you had a good time and do hope you come back. We are a one owner, family run business and I guarantee you that you were treated with respect and the best smile we can give. We appreciate everyone of our customers equally. We were, because of Covid, we're extremely busy. We hired more starters so we could handle the increased column and increased work in sanitizing the carts.

First time playing Carlisle, played the 'Blue' course. Although short in length, just under 2,800…read moreyards for the white tees, it can be a challenging course. I love that it has many mounds mostly on the sides in the rough area. This keeps it from being a totally flat course and can help a wayward ball kick back near the fairway. Greens were in great condition (very few ball marks) and what I consider fast, although cut a little short so several did have some dried out areas on the edges, not uncommon though for this time of year. Signage at each hole is well done. No sand traps, let's face it what weekend golfer enjoys sand traps. Separate women/senior tee boxes with nice distancing from the white tees. Weekday and weekend pricing is among the lowest you will find. Reason for that may be due to what I list below. Now for the bad: Cash only, no credit cards, there is an ATM. The carts are not good. Looking inside numerous carts they are filthy, mold on the bodies of most, leaves all over, and dirty. I can almost guarantee they are not sanitized carts during this Covid crisis. If you're playing the Blue course it is a long hike to the 1st hole if you're walking. The men's (white tee) 9th hole is 372 yards and listed as a par 5, a straight away 372 yard hole. This length for a straight hole is not a par 5. Tee boxes are mostly weeds, as are the fairways. You will get no 'fluff' lie on the fairways as you would on most courses that actually have grass on the fairways since the weeds here are ground hugging, it's like hitting off dirt. The greens are small and all are the same shape- turtle shell/domed, no imagination was put into making some distinctive greens. Cart paths end at the 3rd hole. I'm surprised there weren't more cart ruts, especially near the tees. Along the right side of the first hole is a long stretch of cut tree limbs and trunks stacked for around 40 yards and looks like they've been there for years. Along the side near the 2nd green is an old fire truck which when you get closer is in bad shape, a rusting white van (open window) and what appears to be a non functional utility company type truck. Now maybe the worst: Between the 1st and 2nd hole is a host of discarded junk, a graveyard of old cart parts and everything but the kitchen sink (although it may be in there). I really thought for awhile I was in a salvage yard, it really had me wondering if the owners really have any pride. With some cleanup and investment this could be a really nice place. Maybe the other 18 holes are in better shape, someday I will check it out. I'll likely return and try to ignore the bad vistas and other drawbacks.

It was Extremely burnt out when I played two weeks ago. The greens are very slow for the rate. The bunkers have very little to no sand but overall a very challenging and unique course. It could be something special but is far from it currently. The food / restaurant was awesome except the bathrooms are under construction and very dirty. Everyone in the group agreed on the food, especially the brisket sandwich. For 240 bucks a foursome, I feel ripped off and duped by their adds. I commented online only to have my reviews deleted and then was blocked after posting not only negative but some positive feedback. Including comments on wanting to try it out again but in early spring or Fall. They must not want repeat business. No wonder it keeps shifting hands / ownership. I doubt it stays around for too long. 5 + hour round and honestly it wasn't very busy for a Saturday afternoon.

I visited for the first time in mid-November 2024 on a Saturday morning. I had never heard about…read morethis tennis center before so I was so excited to check it out. A friend invited me to come play group tennis with her because she has been loving coaching with Coach Aziz since April 2024. GROUP TENNIS DRILLS: The way the class works is that the coach will tell the group what to do. He will start off by feeling the ball to one person (long or short ball) then the group plays doubles. I had so much fun playing tennis with Coach Aziz. I arrived about 10 mins late but I was still able to jump in and play. There were 5 of us ladies on the court so only 4 are playing at a time. But, since we played drills, the 5th person just rotates onto the court every few minutes. It was a very fast paced class which I loved. We all moved the whole 1.5 hours while Coach Aziz gave us tips/lessons. He is super funny and makes the session so fun. Playing a sport recreationally should be fun and not stressful. My tennis racked grip is super old so I bought a tennis grip tape the day before from Target. Once I got to the court, Coach Aziz made a funny joke about how old my racket was because it isn't even designed anymore (LOL) so I was given a newer racket to use. I did not use mine...haha. Individual tennis lessons are also available and you can pick which Coach you want to work with (see my attached photos to this review to view the coaches). While my friend generously paid for me, I think that a group lesson is $25 for an hour. The lesson I attended was an hour and a half though which still cost around $25. If you forget your tennis racket, you can lend one for free (at least, I never paid for the one that I borrowed). They're only bringing putters and will probably only put on 3-4 holes. GC: we don't take tee times for one person. Me: Can you make the tee time for three people? I'll happily pay for them. GC: we don't encourage kids on the course. Me: To clarify, you don't allow kids or you don't encourage kids? GC: let me get a manager. (I was put on hold and they clearly forgot about me. I could hear many F bombs being dropped and lots of joking around when I finally shouted hey, I'm still on hold and then they laughed and said oh hey lol. A couple minutes later "manager" picked up the phone). Me:can I make a tee time for my kids and I? GC: we just had a staff meeting and I don't think we're going to allow kids. Me: can I make a tee time for my kids and I? GC: Ah, ugh, um, I mean, it's not encouraged, you know kids... Me: hangs up For the record, my kids don't talk in my backswing and know to be quiet when others are hitting. They're well behaved. I would never take my kids to a nice course until they're old enough. They've only been to Washington golf, mastick woods, and springvale. My kids had so much fun at Topgolf yesterday. They asked me if we could go to a real course today. There's nothing better than kids getting excited about golf. This was a very disappointing start to spring break.
