This is in addition to my first review. When I purchased my 2 plots I purchased Lot 67 plots 3 and 4. I got a call the following day and was told there were people already buried in plots 3 and 4. We had to switch to plots 1 and 2. However, how can this kind of mistake be made and how many more people have been miss marked or lost in this place. I would never again buy a grave plot at Forest Hill the way it looks today 3/30/2026. Grave and grass is not kept up and mowed, garbage laying in the roadway, and garbage cans full and over flowing with wind blowing garbage out. It seems they want to sell you a plot and even early payments for "when you might" die but don't keep up the grounds. Guess I will choose another place to lay my old bones down that is a little cleaner and chosen with respect for the ones who have gone on! read more

I could not figure out how to comment back to the comment left on my review. Here's the thing, I HAVE talked to people there on multiple occasions. Nothing has ever changed. My father has been there 12 years and each time we talk to them about the fountain, there is an excuse or a promise. Nothing ever gets done, so why do you want me to contact you AGAIN? We should not have to keep talking to you about it since no one obviously wants to work on it. Every single time I go visit out there, I have to look at that disgusting fountain. Not what I expected for my father's final resting place. We have gone through the proper channels many, many times so it was just time for a review and to let others know what it is like dealing with the business. read more

The kind of cemetery you'd hope to deal with, especially if you are low on funds. My mother came in here expecting them to be money grubbing, insensitive jerks who have zero respect for someone's bereavement. Thus far, the experience has been very good, though & my sister had a good opening conversation with them. The lady working there came in on a Sunday just for us even though they weren't technically open then. Michelle (I believe that's her name) deserves serious credit for her services to us. She didn't pressure us, showed us the land & helped us pick out a great spot for my parents' burial plots near the fountain. The service here went off very well, we didn't have to deal with lots of mud on our shoes from going here and I'd highly recommend them if you want to be buried in Lexington. read more
