Let me preface this with saying, I'm satisfied with the final outcome but very unhappy with the customer service. I was a loyal customer for a short amount time until the incident. I wanted to move from disposables to a saltnic mod. The young guy at the counter said I could use my current mod, meant for freebase E liquids for saltnics as long as switched out the coils. He gave me the same type of coils that come in the box from the same mod, that I have, that was also in display cabinet. I took them home and the coils didn't fit. When I went back to the store we both realized the tanks of this mod have been updated since I purchased mine two years ago. He told me the coils are final sale. This is what I thought was completely unacceptable as they told me I needed these ones. He also went on to say I must've switched out my tank which is why they don't fit. I didn't... the only thing I've switched on my mod is the glass for the tank and the mouth piece. After some calls to his manager and then someone else who I believe may have been the store owner, we settled on an in store credit. I used it to purchase my last disposable vape from this store and will not be returning. read more

Amazing shop , the staff are super knowledgeable and friendly, TJ was the employee working at the time and was great to chat with , did not make us feel rushed at all . 10/10 would recommend , also they have a huge selection of really great eliquid to sample (london, wonderland location) read more

Absolutely horrifying customer service. Products are extremely overpriced as well, and the quality was horrible. My friends and I will not be returning to any of their locations, had poor customer service at multiple locations, which is really disgusting. WORST VAPE STORE EVER. read more

Went there (Sherwood Forest Mall location) on January 12, 2018 and spent just under $200 on 2 vaporizers, extra coils for each and 3 juices. We had never owned or used any vapes before and my partner wanted one to aid in quitting smoking. The young guy working there asked us for ID, we didn't have any on us, but he sold us the vapes anyway. The guy working gave us the most perfunctory of explanations, pretty much "yep, it's this, this and this - pay and get out." Couldn't have been any less interested in his job and was completely unhelpful. The SMOK model he sold us was the display model, when we asked if there was others he said not in that colour and that it would be fine. The SMOK vape sputtered and erupted hot vape oil like a frying machine, it was super hot - too hot to put to your mouth and smoked A LOT. We had not overfilled it, and it had been primed etc... The vapour it put out was also highly potent and chemically. We tried replacing the tank/part that holds the liquid (sorry, not great with the terminology) we cleaned it with cotton q-tips etc and was still no good. We went back the next day for an exchange (we didn't want any money back at all) and the same kid said he was "not authorized to perform exchanges" that we'd have to get in touch with his manager, but he didn't know when his manager would be back in, maybe Monday, but we could have a number and call and find out. Absolutely lovely customer service. So, we essentially have two useless vapes. We never did bother going back because we assumed the manager (who likely hired this guy) would be more of the same, so we took the hit and went to a different vape shop. The other vape shop (Canada Vapes) was SO helpful! They spent ages explaining everything and were super pleasant. They showed us how the Gorilla juice for one of the Vapes (not the SMOK) was rather thick and is harder on the coil, and replaced it with a different model of coil for free (and we purchased a different kind of juice that is thinner) and it works now. Long story short... tl;dr - got ripped off and sold a faulty display model SMOK at Forest City Vapes, they refused to exchange it, went to a new vape shop, satisfaction. My recommendation, avoid Forest City Vapes at all costs, they are shady. read more
