My name is jose with yellowstone landscape. I reached out to foremost fence to fix two fence panels that my guys damaged. They came out. Take a look at it, match the fence and replace the panels for me within a week. They're amazing! read more

I set my fence interest up through Home Depot. Soon after Foremost Fencing Tim contacted me- Greg came over to measure and get me my quote which was an amazing quote great v. After supplies arrived at their facility a husband and wife two man crew showed up for install- Very sweet kind and respectful. I am very Happy to how it all transpired and the final result. I recommend foremost for your fencing needs. I had chainlink installed BTW but they have it all. read more

How a company meets a challenge is the true measure of its integrity and how it performs in its service is the cornerstone of its professionalism. In its installation of our fence, Foremost Fence has excelled in both. The installers were efficient and the fence installed as we specially requested. The office staff was very responsive to our installation time requirements and courteous with every phone call but most especially notable was the service of our estimator, Jake. He responded to each telephone call and text promptly and professionally and was able to resolve issues as they arose. His work ethic is beyond reproach, his knowledge of his product is superior and dealing with him is a true pleasure, all very rare qualities in today's work environment. I would recommend Jake and Foremost Fence without hesitation. read more

Sloppy work and completely unacceptable. The gate is totally out of level. We asked 5 times for it to be fixed over a 4 week period. They kept on saying someone will come out but never did. Absolutely awful work and bad customer service. If "Tim" answers your call.... hang up. read more

So hired this company to put in a new fence. After several phone calls to find out when and why we haven't heard from them, they finally came out. During the process to see where property lines were, the lead crew member Jose, said he needed to get more supplies because the property lines were slightly (and only slightly) out of what they originally drew out in the estimate parameters. Came back without a receipt and asked for money ($200) to cover supply costs. I highly doubt he was getting supplies. Meanwhile the other crew members were eating lunch and throwing their scraps into the yard. On top of the supply money he wanted a tip for him and his crew. This basically is a scam and this company should investigate, if they don't already know this is going on, how many times these guys have done this to their customer. I will never have this company work for us again and will make sure to post this everywhere I possibly can as a warning to others. There is no need for me to contact your office. You know who your employees are, investigate and clean house because I'm sure there are laws on the books for this type of thing. read more

The quality of the fence is terrible and after the 90 day warrant, there is nothing that they will do. my fence is only a couple of years old, and many of the panels are detaching. They will charge you $150.00 to come an look at it! A total rip-off!!! read more

The true measure of a company is not in its best moments but rather in how it handles challenges. No company is flawless; no system, process, or protocol is without fault. Somewhere between the initial estimate, quote approval, installation, and the hustle of a busy husband and wife team, I arrived home after the installation to find the wrong fence in our backyard. A quick call to Greg, our estimator, confirmed the issue. He assured me that the office would reach out promptly. Within minutes, Steven the manager was on the phone with me, guiding us through the steps to rectify the situation. Within 48 hours, the correct fence was installed beautifully (for the second time) in our backyard. I extend my heartfelt thanks to Frankie and is team for quality work, and to Greg for his swift action. As a contractor and small business owner, I recognize that mishaps occur; mistakes and miscommunications are part of the human experience. Where Foremost Fence truly excelled was in how they resolved the issue. This is the third property on which I've contracted Foremost Fence, and I will not hesitate to use their services again and recommend them to all my clients. Thank you again, Steven, for your professionalism. - Nichole read more

We paid over $7,000 for our fence and called the company twice before the hurricane because the corner became detached due to wind. The gate also shifted and I had to use a shovel to get it open. After the storm it only became worse with sections coming down like dominoes. There were no screws or brackets to secure it in place. We scheduled an appointment for repairs and the company never showed up. We were told the crew just didn't get there. No call to inform us. We were told we should have requested screws we requested a quote. We thought they were professionals and for the cost the fence wouldn't fall down in six months. They scheduled another appointment. We'll see if they show and fix the issues, if not, we definitely would not recommend them. read more

This company has rude and inconsiderate workers. While working in our neighborhood they pulled their truck up in a no parking area blocking the street, when off street parking was immediately adjacent to the job. When asked to move the truck off the street so people could more safely walk and drive by they laughed and ignored the request. A second attempt to have them move the truck fell on deaf ears with the same result. If the workers are this arrogant and inconsiderate I can imagine the work and customer service would be the same. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for fence work. read more

I recently purchased a new-to-me home (2 days before Christmas - no stress there!). My "big" purchase after closing on the house was to get a fence and it took me contacting probably nine and then interviewing five different companies before I came up with the one that I really liked. They did a great job and at a fair price! Please consider talking to Gregory (Greg) Sonner of Foremost Fence. His phone is office 941-748-2700; cell 941-526-5747 (best way to reach him) and email is Gregory@ForemostFence.com. Greg was very patient and knowledgeable - low key but still made it clear my business was valuable to his company. (Not so much with some of the other companies I contacted.) I was considering two options - board-on-board wood or white 6' privacy vinyl/pvc. The prices for my project ranged for wood $2590 to $2800 and for vinyl from $2900 to $4000. While price was an important factor, I felt the value and quality of the fence offered by Foremost as well as the customer service clinched the deal. An added bonus is that they were able to install within 10 days of me making a decision and the fence was up in one day. It really looks nice. Although they are based in Sarasota, they DEFINITELY do business all over Pinellas - I confirmed that with Greg AND his crew when they were here. read more

I had a fence installed last year. When they came to do the job. Did not measure correct. Overcharged. I caught it and the supervisor had to come. They left my yard a mess. Just bought a new push mower and because they left all the chain link parts in the yard. The lawn mower blew up. That's not the best of it. I have been notified That the smooth side of the fence is placed to the neighbor. I did not know that. I hired them. When I called them. The supervisor said I told him to put it in wrong. NO INTEGRITY. I will have to take measures to correct this. read more

Sadly when there are problems like hitting a sprinkler line you dont respond at all. Owner ignores calls. You started putting posts in the ground without requesting marking of anything. I simply asked for reimbursement of my cost to repair- could not get a call back after 5 calls- poor customer service read more

While the communication between sale and actual work (Foremost Office needs to improve that) should be better, the crew who do the work are EXCELLENT. I've had the unique experience of hiring Foremost fence twice. Once through Home Depot and then I called them for another job directly. The first time the building permit was not on site and I had a hell of a time being reported, getting a warning from the city and and having to prove compliance. 2nd time they came and started work without having told me they were coming. I was at work. my paranoid psycho neighbor freaked out on the crew so they left. I had to reschedule and deal with psycho neighbor. Foremost Office did reschedule to fit me in on a busy Saturday, which I am grateful for but again didn't call like the said they would...until they were 3 Mintes a way. The crew is polite as hell and finished the job EXACTLY TO the MINUTE of when they said they would. REALLY professional, VERY knowledgeable, SUPER smart guys. This was a different crew than the first a year ago but BOTH were equally fantastic. Whoever hires the crews does a great job. Really exceptional and talented crew pool. read more

While they talk a good game to get your business, but you can forget their 2 year labor warranty or any job pride. My fence was installed in August 2018 a little oddly but complete. After the fence started to dry out (approx 3 months after job completion) I noticed that some of the panels appeared to be warping. Additionally during a windy thunderstorm, one of the panels near the back gate was severely swaying in the wind. On numerous panels the screws are barely catching any of the post and the panel that flaps, the post is not cemented into the ground. I have contacted them 3 times to come and correct these issues and can't get anyone out here. Additionally, many of the wood pickets are splitting and bowing since drying out. They advised that I wait to stain or paint it, now I'm sorry I did. Maybe the additional protection would have helped preserve the appearance. read more

Buyer beware, We paid the deposit with a credit card one time use of card.. They come to do our fence and send us a final bill then the next day we get a paid invoice without permission to use card, The job is not complete and they will not call us back.. I'm pissed.. read more

I don't usually leave reviews, but I will make an exception for this company. When I had the fence installed about two years ago, the install was poor at best!!! One of the panels had visible damage, the gates were uneven and crooked, the installers left card board boxes, plastic wrap, beer cans and other garbage scattered throughout my backyard and they cut the main water line to the house. The installers turned the water off to the house and never let us know. ANYTHING! I had to call the office and make them aware of all this. I was told that installer had every intention to come back the next day and resolve the issue. REALLY!!! The next day!!! Not to mention they were going to let a fence installer play plumber on the main water line to my home. I had to take out of my time to call a plumber, ( not Foremost Fence ) and was charged emergency prices to have the water line repaired. -Present day-. My neighbor caused damage to my fence by hitting it with their trailer, so I thought, it would be a good idea to have the original company who installed it at least give me an estimate for repair. I called Foremost and scheduled an appointment which was for the next day at 2:00 pm in which I had taken a half a day off from work to make this happen. No call- no show. I called Foremost to find an explanation. I was met with un professional disdain and rude behavior! Ultimately, I was hung up on. I can understand if I was cursing, yelling or insulting, but that is not me nor the case. I called back and spoke with the owner of Foremost Jim. Jim said that the only thing he could do now is apologize and start over. Not, I will find out who hung up on you, no, instead it was, I don't know who did unless you can give me their name so what do you want to do? Yeah right Jim, your company is so massive you're like Microsoft. Impossible to figure out who answered what call. More like, I already have the eight grand for the original fence so a repair doesn't matter. If you are thinking about hiring this company for your project and investment. I would think about my experience before hand. read more

Had a new fence installed about year and half ago. Have had problems since. Called and called and called and finally someone came out and attempted to repair the sagging double gate. I was told that the gate sags because on one side it is anchored to a two foot wide panel which is not much support, that they would have to come back with wire to secure it better. Never returned. Called and left messages for manager Jesse to no avail. Watch out if you use this company. They dont stand behind their product. read more

Fantastic job! Very professional, the sales person worked with us to adjust initial quote. Fence was installed about 4 months ago, and do not have any issues. Installer did not have the design for the wood fence selected for some reason, he ended up going to home Depot or lowes, purchased material and designed it like we wanted. Would recommend to my friends and family! read more
