I truly try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but enough is enough. My landlord was selling his home (that I currently reside in at the moment) and the prospective new buyer is using Forefront Realty who felt that it was OK for a man to show up to my residence unannounced (again because these people are being sent by Forefront), open my front door and walk into my house without Knowledge or permission while I was in the nude, and felt it was appropriate to have an attitude with me for calling them to complain about unannounced visits. No one notified me of an electrician ARC Electric) showing up so I was in bed asleep in a oversize T-shirt when the man arrived, he asked if I was aware of him coming, I told him no. So he proceeded to call his Forefront Real Estate to ask if anyone else was coming out with him ( I have cameras around the property and played back footage to when he arrived and made his call) and he advised the person on the phone that I had no idea and said that he would handle it. From there (while I was in my bedroom) he proceeded to walk into my house with no notice or approval from me while I am in my bedroom trying to put on clothing, said my name and told me that "it will only take a minute," and he proceeds to do whatever he wanted to do and needed without my permission. I attempted to cover myself to prevent him from seeing me in the nude and attempted to get dressed. When I contacted the realtors about the situation they got upset with me saying the landlord should've told me, (as if I have no rights as the current resident, and the owner never was told a time so wasn't aware of the visit) and that they are only dealing with the owner (I remind you that this is the third time this has happened). Then they canceled the contract. I had dealt with the shady business of this company before which is why I didn't want anything to do with them a second time, and Will NEVER recommend them to anyone unless you are ok with blatantly being disrespected numerous times while doing business with them because this isn't the first time, but the third time this complete disrespect has occurred where even the owner became highly upset with them for sending people out to the property without any consent from the resident nor the owner.
