They don't return calls and the doctor rushes you. You're lucky to get 3 minutes. Won't be returning.

*** Initial Review *** The one star is only for Dr…read more Khoudary's bedside manner. I was referred there for high PSA and have now finished the antibiotics I was prescribed as a first step to see if that lowers the PSA. I was on the same antibiotic in the spring for sinus infection and know it will have no effect but I agreed to it only because of Dr. Khoudary's method and style. I have a followup appointment to discuss the PSA results which I know will not be any different and I have made three calls in one day leaving messages trying to go ahead and schedule the biopsy that he told me would be the next step but instead I get argumentative staff and I get no return phone calls from two voice messages and it is apparent that only the doctor himself understands how to treat a patient with respect and what customer service is about. I am seriously considering going elsewhere that has better reviews as this practice's reviews are abysmal. If this first experience is indicative of this practice's customer service why should I expose myself to the stress of dealing with these people on top of the stress of what the PSA number MAY portend for me ? I could NOT be more disappointed. I have called my PCP asking for the name of another urology practice to take my business elsewhere that will attend to my needs for a biopsy rather than stringing me along to get more patient visit money out of me and my insurance carrier. ***UPDATE*** I have changed my rating and this review to four stars. I happened to talk with a staff member Wendy, who shares the same PCP with me. She 'gets' customer service. She stepped in with both feet and basically took over driving my situation. She managed to get my PSA results back more quickly, and immediately sought out the doctor and initiated contact with my insurance carrier. She has called several times with updates and completely agrees with my goal of making my 'PSA followup' appointment be used for the biopsy, the next step the doctor had already discussed with me. They have all agreed that there is no need for an appointment to discuss the PSA results, and we should move right to the biopsy. She explained to me that doctor Khoudary takes patient service very seriously, and she got the approval from the insurance company, and has called in the prescriptions I needed. As with the rest of the largely dysfunctional medical process in the US which is so tightly controlled by the evil insurance companies, until the insurance company agreed to move right to the biopsy, she and the doctor's hands were tied. What blows my mind is that if a doctor requires a biopsy to be the next step, why would the frugal insurance companies be willing to pay for a followup PSA appointment where nothing is done but discussion ? Apparently Wendy convinced the insurance company that appointment is unnecessary. So my 'followup' PSA discussion appointment is now being used for the biopsy, and she even verified that I can Lyft to and from the appointment (no-one to take me), provided I let Lyft driver know ahead of time that I've taken a relaxant to ease the nerves associated with the procedure, which I have likened to friends as the "Spanish Inquisition". Wendy is superb at her job and has kept me a patient.

Just look at the average reviews, it tells you everything you need to know. You should avoid this…read moreplace at all costs. I had a vasectomy here. It was an average experience at best, the doctor was very smarmy. Then after everything is done, they tell you that the only way to check if it worked is that you must purchase this kit from an external company. Well the kit scammed me. I followed all of the procedures they outlined, I mailed in the specimen, and the company (Fellow) has no record of anything. I've tried contacting the company but all you interact with is AI slop, so it's a dead end. I've tried calling the doctor's office, but after 30 minutes of their horrible phone interface, I'm back where I started. You should avoid this place at all costs.
