Manager Jay who answers the phone thinks it's professional to HANG UP ON people mid sentence , he…read morerefused to provide his name when asked and decided he was going to transfer me to Amina because he was too sassy to deal with my concern , this is a terrible representation of any company and I would be embarrassed to have someone working for or with me with that type of attitude . When you go looking for help with a sensitive case and is already hard for you to reach out for help and this company decided to kick you down even more is crazy . 2026 what have we come to ? I cant speak for the whole company...I hired jeffery Hawkins in a custody case he's so…read moreunprofessional his office looks like a paper junk yard so unorganized. He talks the talk and when comes to the walking part he will just walk off your case and take your money. He was bragging about having custody of his grand daughter rather then doing his job and looking into our case. Used us for $3,000 and threaten to walk off. The dad who won custody of the case has an assault charge on a female in front of kids and drug and alcohol history been in rehab twice never paid child support. jeffery told us that its expunged and i understand that to certain extent when its a violent charge expunged or not this should of still played a big part in how he should never have custody of any kids. guess according to stark county violent charges and not paying child support is how you get custody of your kids. oh dont forget to beat the mother too they will look past it
