This incident occurred a couple of months ago and was seen by my mother…read more When walking in a local park, she witnessed a young(ish) girl in her 20's let 4 dogs out of the dog walking car and into a road with an on-coming passing car. Luckily this car was moving slowly but she was yelling at the dog to stay at a grass verge whilst she was on the other side. The dog was not listening and then whole situation was dangerous!!! Later she witnessed a dog heading back across the same road to the van, whilst another of the dogs went into a different field and was nearly hit by a country park truck. My mother found herself grabbing this dog by the collar to pull it to safety! The girl had no control of the dogs! Later around the park she walked past the same walker was having a very loud conversation on her phone and not paying any attention to the dogs. It was very unprofessional and she feared greatly for the safety of the dogs she had in her care.
