This place is ridiculous, dropped off urn on Wednesday afternoon told the owner we…read morelived out of town we were leaving Sunday to head home she was to call us when it was ready , here is is Saturday, mother in law got her ashes yesterday and we call and told by answering service that get a call back this is 12:50 in afternoon we'll 3:00 pm no answer we go back to them and it's closed , told that the owner is on vacation that we can't get ashes because others have no idea what she done with the ashes , this is not acceptable! How dare you not give us a courtesy call or anything! Nice to know how badly you get treated during grieving time
