Their Kibble Crew works very hard to bag hundreds of pounds of dog and cat food to give away to the community. I can't imagine how much food has been given out. The shelter is always clean. The staff there is knowledgeable and their top priority is the animals. I recommend them every chance I get.

Dogs are separated far enough away from cats to minimize any anxiety. The staff is very friendly and helpful, willing to give any info they can on a particular animal. I've never had any problems with the surgeries or recovery times. I have multiple cats of my own and have rescued many cats to be adopted. They have been a blessing to me.

When we moved to the area over 10 years ago, he immediately earned our trust by taking such tender, thoughtful care of our senior pets. When it came time to say goodbye to them, the compassion and empathy he and his staff showed us will stay with us forever. Last year, we experienced the heartbreaking loss of our 2 1/2 year old Doberman. Dr. McMillan once again went above and beyond, guiding us with care, taking time with us, and helping us through the grief. To this day, they still talk about him. This office was able to fit my animals in no problem. I brought them in and I was shocked at how well they were doing when picking them up. I've had pets done in the past and they were very groggy and out of it the rest of the night. The vet did a great job! The incisions were clean and smaller than I've ever seen. They had no bruising like some have had from other places. Plus they don't try to push other services on you. The stitches came out 2 weeks later and everything was great and it didn't take long to get it done, plus it was included with the procedure. I would highly recommend this office to bring your pets if you don't want to deal with a pushy office.

I have had Bane for about a year and a half (his about 3 1/2 years old.) He has been almost uncontrollable since day one. Although there was some initial improvement, he has had no sense of boundaries and could get aggressive when touched. Sissy and I spoke at length by phone prior to bringing Bane there. She seemed very knowledgeable about training, in general, as well as being keenly aware of the specific needs and disposition of English Bulldogs. Bane boarded and worked with Sissy for training at Off Broadway Pet Boarding and Training for a full week. While the space was fairly small, I was impressed with the cleanliness and order. Sissy and I spoke almost daily about Bane's progress. It because apparent by day 3 that I needed the training as much as he did. Upon picking him up, he seemed happy and well adjusted. He is now able to follow simple commands, which we continue to work on at home. Since I opted to use a pinch collar with him, it is important I continue to execute the training and coaching she provided for us. His overall behavioral changes have been nothing less than miraculous. He is much more calm, isn't aggressive towards other people or dogs and seems much happier, as are well! I would highly recommend Sissy for any training and/or boarding needs you may have.
