Most employees are not masked at all. I understand that most of their work would be considered to be "outside" but the minute they get in a customer's vehicle to vacuum and wash windows being unmasked puts every one of their customers at risk. Incredibly thoughtless. And when I said something the employee just rolled his eyes. So they are both rude and thoughtless. read more

Automated car wash with multiple pricing options. Free vacs available. I purchased a wash with extras. The Good: My car was cleaner when i left. The attendant removed my antenna and taped down my rear wiper. The Weird: They ask for a tip at the point of sale device. This was before i even knew a person was going to be part of the service. I certainly didn't know if a tip was earned before i even approached the wash. I did not tip at pos. The Bad: There is no way after paying to tell what kind of service is being delivered. Nothing that let me know i received the upgrades i paid for. Watching others go through, every wash seemed the same. The Shady: Just before wash an attendant asked to see my receipt saying he needed to know what wash i paid for. I can't say for sure, but i think the automated system knew what i paid for. I believe he was looking to see if i had tipped. Since i didn't, i did not get pre wash sprayed on, no hand brush on my tires, none of the extras i did pay for. I was just pushed into the soap and water. I did tip the exit attendant who took time to replace my antenna and dry my windows. The Worst: Leaving feeling ripped off. I didn't take time to go in and ask questions. I did call and was kinda blown off. I just will not go back. read more

Stellar service, polite crew, and they actually clean inside of carbon request. Took my Crosstrek in afterba beach trip, and the inside was clean and sand free when I pulled away. Will definitely recommend this place to others, and probably won't visit anywhere else. read more
