If he's sick, why did they confirm the appointment yesterday and early this morning? They suddenly canceled three hours before the appointment. When we contacted, they responded, "How about another doctor tomorrow?" Either the clinic is very disorganized, the staff is performing favors for other patients, or the doctor does not know how to conduct his business! How could the office or the doctor treat a new 90-year-old patient in this manner? The specialist at UCI referred him to us. This is completely unprofessional and insensitive.
