Footasylum's branch in Brighton's Churchill Square in terms of overall feel is probably one of the better branches of the footwear retailer (they sell some cool clothing too, not just footwear!) from the same owners of JD Sports, elsewhere in the mall, and I've visited some pretty pathetic branches in terms of that in the likes of Manchester and Sheffield Meadowhall.
The store had a decent selection of items, some of which were at decent prices.
My main issue with the store was the checkout area, which I found to be a little strange, with staff slow to dealing with customers and they just seemed to feel and look disinterested, there also wasn't a staff member visible on the shop-floor to help customers, which also delayed the customer experience and is an example of this.
Potential to be one of the better Footasylum branches in terms of the look and feel of the store, but the potential to be one of the worst in terms of service.
