Miss Pam had replacements for many of the clothes I returned, but I already ordered replacements online. THAT didn't make her happy and I get that. I could have left there with clothes, but instead I'm waiting for delivery in a week or so. I did order a sport coat while I was there to replace the one I returned due to 1 size too small. The store was swamped, but Miss Pam was doing all she could to take care of everyone. I definitely recommend this location, especially since Miss Pam is a Boss there. I like how she has a tape measure draped over her shoulders. She means business and you can tell she has been doing it for a while. There are a LOT of bargains there also if you care about that. The parking lot was plowed and salted making it easy to park and get into the mall. It was very clean and 95% of the stores open. However, there were virtually no customers in the entire mall. Not sure if that was due to the weather. So it made it great for walking to get a little exercise. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked.
