My 5 stars might be slightly bias, as I hit this store on a major sale day! 50% off red line shoes and 40% off ALL apparel... yes you heard that right, ALL! I'm not sure how often they do sales like that, but I felt like I hit the jackpot because it is a fairly pricy boutique. It's two levels, the bottom being apparel, accessories & shoes, and the top being mainly home decor. They have a few little nic nacs sprinkled around the store. The atmosphere is so calming, soothing and inviting. The muted white/beige colors really brighten the space and help put you into a tranquil peace of mind. Plus the friendly and welcoming nature of the staff just makes you want to stay and shop all day! I called and Tom said he would refund my money. I told him I really liked the shoes and hoped that the other shoes would be returned so I said I would wait a week or two. Two weeks later I called and since the other shoes had not been returned I asked for a credit and was given one immediately. The next day Tom called and said the shoes were just returned. Tom asked for my address and said he was sending me the shoes, so I would have 2 pair now. Excellent service really wowed me. I will be stopping in when I return in the fall.

Everyone in the shop was welcoming, helpful, and extremely patient throughout the entire appointment. They even had snacks and drinks ready for me and my guests, along with a personal note, which was the most perfect way to start off the appointment. I definitely recommend Rose and Bliss and have a feeling I'll be back there very soon!
