Called to file a complaint about many things after spending 550 on groceries, not large ticket item food. They took my complaint and said we would investigate. I said, "Will someone call me back they said no, we don't do that. We just investigate internally." So essentially, you brush off the customer is what you are saying. What kind of policy is that. No wonder people are mad at corporate. When I asked to speak to the manager after he took his time coming down and thawing more of my frozen food, he doesn't say hi. I'm the manager. How can I assist you? He says, "Is it you. At that point, I'm done with my patience, lol. They need a lesson in customer service. I was not rude and was patient. If he doesn't want to work there, find another job. So what did I learn loblaws are not in the business of customer service. They could care less, even the loyal ones who are not boycotting. Thanks, loblaws, for showing my concerns are put aside and not dealt with. Feel free to change my mind loblaws, but I'm sure you won't. You have no time for your loyal customers.

Great service ? I mean if you enjoy watching some 2 workers makeout in the store, it's your job not a dating site. Lots of expired stuff in the dairy stuff and last thing its hard leaving the store when they only have 3 cashes open, but 2 of them are cheating away and messing around. Used to love shopping here, but lately it's been an actual zoo.

The produce section is arguably the star of this store. My gripe and reason for writing this review is the deli. The deli staff really have no interest in customer service. A line up here is a death sentence if you are an elderly person in need of lunch meat. I have never experienced this at another grocery store in the city. I am not talking about one bad experience here. The deli is consistently a black hole for time. My advice is if you go here for lunch meat and there is no line you will have to sprint to the deli counter and hopefully get your order in under 10 minutes. If there is a person or two a head of you, do the rest of your groceries and then check back. It is arguably faster to raise your own livestock, butcher them and cure the meat on your own than line up here.

She enjoyed working here. I'm visiting the store to pick up a few sale items. I used to grocery shop here and even decades ago when it used to be the original A&P (Atlantic & Pacific) grocery store. Lots of specials which is great. Staff are friendly and checkout was quick. There is plenty of mall parking.

Lots of free parking and shopping carts. Staff were posted at the entrance to greet & welcome shoppers. Checkout was friendly, quick and courteous.

The clerk advised me they make the PLAIN butter tarts in house and the nut and raisin ones are purchased from a store. When I arrived they were selling 4 butter tarts for $8.99. All butter tarts were packaged by Regency Bakery in their containers (so the ones brought in are re-packaged). Keep in mind that the PLAIN butter tarts are made at THAT bakery (regency bakery). They would NOT sell me 3 raisin (which they purchase and resell) and 1 Plain (which they bake)? Furthermore, they would not even sell me 1 Butter tart singlely? Very, very disappointed! So what did I do? I went to Walmart and bought 9 GRANDMOTHER BAKE SHOPPE tarts for $6. I honestly don't know any other bakery who bakes "plain Butter tarts" in house and you cannot purchase ONE BUTTER TART! I will reiterate - I am very very disappointed. I will NEVER go back to REGENCY BAKERY again.
