I politely introduced myself and asked for the managers name..... the receptionist demeanor changed and she asked me for what did I need the managers name. That through me off because at no establishment where good professional business is conducted should anyone feel like they need to withhold any managers name. She eventually said Jennifer, and coincidentally Jennifer walks in now. I explained to her the experience and my disappointment and asked if she recalled a client by the name of Maria Aponte. She claimed that no she did not recall that person and that that type of stuff does not happen in that dental office. The staff are extremely friendly and professional, and the office is very clean and modern. The shopping center can be packed but there is convenient rooftop parking. I came to their office as an emergency appointment because my fixed retainer broke on the bottom and the loose wire was driving me crazy! The staff was able to squeeze me in to see Dr. Diana and she took the time to explain the process to me and what the next steps would be. She was very sweet and went above and beyond when it came down to fitting me with a new retainer when I still had deep cleaning to do (as the cleanings could potentially affect how the retainer would fit on my teeth). The new retainer was done within two days, which was a huge relief as I was concerned about my teeth shifting again. I never waited longer than a few minutes in the waiting room during the multiple visits I had, and the staff was great in getting everything through my insurance. Highly recommend this office to everyone looking for friendly, professional and high quality service!

I asked if the office was new but apparently it has been there for 10 years. My visit started off with seeing Dr. Alan Gonzalez. After we went through the things I needed and he answered all my questions he ended up doing some work on me. The x-Rays are digital. Surprisingly I was comfortable the entire time, compared to other dentists I've seen in the past. The hygienist was really sweet and she really got in there. I hadn't seen a dentist in a while and I really felt the difference in my teeth when I was finished with the visit. She took off all the coffee stains on my teeth. When I felt discomfort she'd put some anesthetic gel on my gums. At the end of the visit, they gave me little hot towels to wipe my face off. No complaints. Overall good experience at the dentist.
