In-store technicians can repair your phone or tablet, replace broken or cracked screens and even unlock your phone so it can be used on all networks. Our friendly, helpful staff are always on hand to help you find the right product and unlike buying online, you can actually touch, test and try the case before you decide to purchase. If you would like something a little more unique, we can even make you a personalised cover from your own photograph.

History

Established in 2011.

Fone Customize started in a small pod outside M&S at CastlePoint in Bournemouth. Very quickly the company became established and continued to see an increase in the number of new customers visiting and buying from the increasing range of products on offer. Due to the success of the 'pod', Fone Customize continued to expand and over the last three years have opened brand a further 11 new stores across the UK from Exeter to Edinburgh, including some flagship locations such as West Quay in Southampton. Throughout the growth of the company, Fone Customize have remained dedicated to providing the widest selection of cases, covers and accessories, with brand new stock arriving every single week, we now carry in excess of 5,000 product lines. In addition to maintaining a steady product stream, we also strive to offer the highest standards of customer service, with ongoing staff training and development programmes.
