Charming shop overlooking the river with outdoor and indoor seating. They sell delicious teas and coffees, as well as various cakes, buns and sandwiches. If you wander around inside you can find beautifully handmade clothing and gifts, as well as a variety of antique items. The staff of friendly and the location is unbeatable when the sun is shining. I highly recommend!! read more

Lovely cafe for a stop during your walk down the Akerselva river. Cozy both indoors and outdoors. They also have a beatiful selection of handmade items to purchase. read more

Granit is a super cool store, I'd describe it as mostly stuff for your house... kind of a cross…read morebetween West Elm and the Container Store. They've got some living plants that you can buy, lots of storage stuff, stuff for your kitchen like jars and such, some misc travel bags, and randomly some t-shirts. I find the pricing pretty reasonable as well.

One of a kind in Oslo and probably in Norway too. And the name- fantastic! I believe she named the…read morestore after grandmother what a nice gest. 66- only hints at all the Americana the store contains- not vintage but retro for sure. Here you find something for the ones who have everything! They surely do not have a bacon wallet or a hog lamp? Or what about a Wonder Woman food box?
