While the veal was tender and packed with flavor, the risotto cleansed the palate and kept the dish light and summer-y. There was an herbed butter served with the veal that was so incredible that could live on that alone - truly a wonderful meal! We had a beef cut with purple rice and veggies. I loved the Char on this cut of meat. We have the pumpkin soup - the best pumpkin soup I had ever tried and we had a beef entree which was also delicious. They have a farm with cows and chickens and we got to see them. They provided a story of the location for each of us to read while we were dining. The views from the grounds were gorgeous. And you can really get the farm to table feel here as the farm is their own backyard. Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a great experience.
