I would never consider being a customer again. After paying for a life insurance policy from the…read moreage of 20-42 I cancelled. My main reason for cancelling is I do not have health coverage, and it didn't make sense to keep paying life insurance policy without trying to put that monthly amount toward health insurance (something I need while living). But the company sent the form I needed to cancel to the wrong email. When I contacted them back after 2 months they informed me the cash value had been used to pay the premium, because you can't cancel over the phone. I was told I should have stayed on the phone until the form came to my email, I should have called back sooner. I escalated this - and even included a manager from the department who made the error. Well they came back with a decision that my error mattered and the error they made didn't. So keep my $132 Mercer. I'll make sure to never be a customer again and try to prevent friends or family from the same error I made, being your customer of 20 years. Also, my address can not be updated, because my policy is cancelled. Great system! Truly each staff I spoke with seemed like they cared, but after many calls and much wasted time I got called out for my error of not following up better. Wow! Just Wow! :(

The young, dark haired woman at check in never took her eyes off her computer screen, never greeted me, except for "have you been here before". She handed me a clipboard to complete and I shuffled over on the counter because I could barely walk or sit and she pointed to the other side of the room and told me to go there. I told her I couldn't walk very well and that I was going to stay put. The nurse with the red hair was equally as rude and showed absolutely no emotion. Didn't greet me except to say my name. I was barely able to walk. She offered no help when I couldn't take my shoes or coat off, just looked at me with a blank stare. PA that saw me was rushed and gave me nothing for my extreme pain. No bedside manner at all.
