They would tell me to go to the other publix in gulf shores if i needed the needles and syringes. Tonight I go to Gulf Shores Publix a 10 mile round trip and they don't have the needles or syringes. I don't know if the bathrooms are public or not, but it was very helpful in her time of need. It's the worst when establishments won't let you near the bathrooms, especially if your a mother of a child below the age of 5. Dislikes: It gets 3 stars out of 4 because of price. I stopped in for wine and noticed that all wine bottles are marked about $4 above the grocery store prices in South Carolina. Now, this could be because of taxes but either way... bring your own wine to Alabama.
