My wife was worried that getting a second law firm involved would mean a greater cost to us. I knew that most law firms offer a free half hour consultation and figured it wouldn't hurt to ask. Our initial consult was with Phil Kirman. Phil was very thorough. After talking with one or two other lawyers in the office it was agreed that we could do much better than what our original lawyer was suggesting. For this incident, we ended up dealing mostly with a fellow named Dan K. Mainly because Dan works more closely with insurance related cases. Costs turned out to be similar to what they would have been if we had only used Weir Bowen. The insurance industry has a reputation for not being honest. Phil and Dan were very helpful. Both men are very compassionate, caring, and knowledgeable.
