I signed and returned the document indicating I wanted the work done. * Waited 2 weeks for a response, then I had to contact them. * Inquired about payment, would get back to me by the next day, had to go in person one day further to get that info. * I was offered a payment plan through outside vendor, if one day late, a 40% interest would be charged for the duration of the balance due. * Other option, full payment day of procedure. If used a credit card, charged extra 3%. * If full payment via debit or check, no recourse on work performed if needed. * Procedure was scheduled for a Wednesday, sedation medication was supposed to begin Tuesday night. Contacted office several times on Tuesday awaiting the prescription, said it would be called in by the end of day. Staff verified pharmacy by phone. * Prescription was called into wrong pharmacy, which was closed for the day upon my arrival. * Contacted answering service again, and was told Dr. would call in to correct pharmacy, which had 24 hour prescription service. Left pharmacy after waiting an unacceptable amount of time with no prescription called in. * Dentist might be good, I will never find out. * Staff dropped the ball at every chance. Staff response to any calls were always responded via text, never a call back. * I won't be back.

They consistently go above and beyond with their dental care. Doctor Brendan Gouin is just over the top amazing!!! He explains your dental plan precisely and provides informative directive on your care. He makes you feel completely comfortable and is truly a personable soul... and let's not forget about his assistant Jillian. She is the one who preps you before seeing the doctor, does the x-rays, and most importantly puts you at ease... which she has amazing powers to do... especially in stressful situations. Now that's a team!!! There have been numerous emergency procedures over the years, and the staff worked incredible magic to make sure I was seen. Brittney, for one, is a lifesaver. She worked extremely hard in finding me an opening and communicated continually with updates. Every office should have a Brittney!!! I also want to mention my regular dental hygienist Kim S. My gums are extremely sensitive and during cleanings if can be a tough job not to send me to the moon with a wrong move or sharp pain. Her personality is second to none and has an amazing sense of humor... which totally relaxes me and makes me feel comfortable. I live in North Carolina for the most part, but there is no doubt I will continue to travel to Arrowhead Dental for ALL of my dental needs. I am a new patient of Dr. Rogol's and everything I've experienced so far has been incredible. Yes,…read morethat's what I said. Incredible. Who says that about a dentist?? I have a few cracked teeth that need caps and I had my first one yesterday. Dr. Rogol has an in-office set up such that he and his staff can actually make the new tooth onsite. This means I was able to be in and out in 2 hours with a brand new perfectly shaped and fitted tooth. Only one visit, one round of Novocaine, and no temporary cap while the permanent has to be sent out to be made somewhere else. The technology to do this is incredible! The other amazing part is that Dr. Rogol has called me or responded to my calls personally which has absolutely NEVER happened with any doc or dentist in my 57 years. I could go on, but I'm just so happy to be in the care of a healthcare professional that really "cares" about my "health"! I appreciate her gentle manner and understanding. She recently discovered a re infection of an old root canal. Her hygienist noticed a problem and Dr Rogers confirmed and promptly sent me to a specialist for care. She has completed many dental crowns on me and my wife. She has completed exquisite bridgework on each of us. I rate her an "A" quality person and dentist. I send all my friends to her with utmost confidence!

I've had to transition from a lifelong dentist my family loved and they have made it a smooth one. JP is excellent-highly skilled, easy to talk to. I had to have a cavity taken out and replaced and I couldn't even feel the needle in my gums when he used it! It's nice that he explains things too to further put you at ease, just like the rest of the staff do in teaching you how to care for your teeth and when to call if you're worried. The rest of the staff are always nice and polite, the fish tank is soothing, it's always clean in reception and treatment areas. The appointments are always thorough and on time. They have prompt communication if anything changes or just to remind me of an upcoming appointment. They have been ever so accommodating with my changes of insurance in the past few years.
